Beautiful location, lovely village, comfortable place and walkable to food. We loved staying here.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The location was perfect for exploring the local area including Flam and the famous snow road. It was really handy for groceries being above the Spar but very peaceful too. I can recommend this apartment as a great place to stay in Aurland and Line was very helpful both before and during our stay

We were lucky with a sunny and dry day to discover the area. However, the house itself is excellent to be able to entertain you inside, should the weather be bad. Everything you need is available. Julie and Torbjørn are super nice people. We had a nice chat with them.

Tor-Ove was an exceptional host with an apartment that exceeded our expectations. From the striking picture windows looking out to the fjord, to smart and modern accommodations, the apartment provided a stunning setting for our first visit to Norway. Liv's place suited us perfectly. It has everything we needed. Large enough and above all perfectly tidy, comfortable and very clean. Dishes and cooking utensils in perfect condition. Liv was discreet. She greeted us when we left. We would recommend this listing.

Because of an unexpected change in the schedule of the boat from Bergen to Balestrand, I had to arrive around noon whereas the apartment wasn't supposed to be available until 5 pm. The hosts were very gracious and had the place ready hours ahead of schedule, which I greatly appreciate.

Although we didn’t get to explore the surrounding area as much as we hoped due to my husband being unwell, it was still a lovely stay. The view was absolutely magical. Waking up each morning to the stunning fjord was unforgettable. The place was very quiet and serene. I’d love to come back again—hopefully next time we can fully explore the peaceful surroundings.

We highly recommend Frank’s apt. It is large by any standard and looks newly renovated. The village is charming. We sat on the balcony last evening and enjoyed the peaceful solitude. Our only regret was we only stayed for one night given our itinerary.

apartment 14 upstairs. the "postcard" view. it was beautiful. just for the view it's worth it. the hot tub and sauna was also a plus. for the rest of the apartment, there is a lot of kitchen utensils and cutlery missing. the shower area is very narrow. we were practically all alone, so the common areas were really nice. Alvik is very nice as a village and a lot to see around by car.

We loved our stay. We absolutely enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, and also went kayaking. Unfortunely the bikes were all broken (flat tire/chain off) so we couldn't use them. Beautiful location to have some relaxation, went for cider tasting and enjoyed the perfect weather and trees in bloom. Exactly what we needed in the middle of our Norway trip.

We spent two lovely days in this place. The hosts are very friendly, communication was perfect. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and clean. The Molden hike is highly recommendable.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and with the communication with Siv who was always very responsive and kind! The view from the house is breathtaking, the accommodation is easily accessible even without a car. We highly recommend this listing!!!
