With 12ha of land, in which we work with permaculture concepts, we have a vineyard, olive, carob, almond or fig trees among other fruit trees. The only shared area is the swimming pool and it’s surrounding garden. The pool is set away from the house in the larger grounds at 1-2 minute’s walk The owners may use the pool occasionally .There are cats on the property.
