Decorated in a modern and cozy way, while keeping the spirit of this building, we hope that you will spend the most pleasant time in these places. Located 5 minutes from the Paris-Rennes road, 6-7 minutes from Vitré, 30 minutes from Rennes, 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel, you will enjoy the assets of the region in peace.

Lovely loft

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

35 m² accommodation in the center, close to the bakery and all the small shops useful for your stay (bookstore, tobacco shop, restaurants, hairdresser...). Supermarkets, gas station and charging station are 400 m away. You can also go out around the pond, park and cinema. This cozy studio is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a living room with TV (Netflix), a desk area with Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a bathroom with separate toilet.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Country House

Small charming house located in the Breton countryside. This quiet and peaceful place is therefore perfect for unwinding. Close to Vitré, 30 minutes from Rennes and Laval and 1 hour 15 minutes from the coast. The house is non-smoking. On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature. The small cabin turns into a small mountain chalet from November 1 until mid-March… I look forward to welcoming you.

Apartment with independent entrance

The apartment has been refurbished to allow you to enjoy a quiet stay, with a balcony to be able to eat outside or simply enjoy the incredible view of nature and the song of birds. It is equipped with a kitchen open to a cozy living room with a sofa bed that offers an extra bed, a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower, a bedroom with a comfortable bed and a closet.

Private studio upstairs and quiet

Our studio (with private entrance and private parking) is spacious and located on the floor of our dwelling house. It is close to the city center, close to shops, the castle, market halls... You will appreciate our accommodation for its calm, brightness and French billiards available for your use. Our place is great for couples and all guests.

New fully-equipped studio located in a property. View of the garden, greenery and nature. This very bright accommodation has its own independent entrance. Very quiet site, we would be very happy to host you for one night or more. Note: the bedding is excellent: we pay special attention to it.
