Newly renovated, barbecue & patio, 150 m to sea

The residence is completely newly renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available next to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the stop is just outside. To the sea it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the residence there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

Relax with the whole family in this lovely home. Dog, cat, or other pets are not allowed in this cabin. The location of the cottage offers proximity to the sea, tennis court and lovely hiking trails. Short walkway to city center and port. The golf course on the handle island is within bicycle distance. The cottage has a lovely plot with a deck and grass surfaces. 700 meters down to swimming area. Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
