Enjoyed our weekend at Brenden & Brenda’s place. Check-in was easy and the location was easy to find. The home was clean & inviting. The private backyard patio was great for hanging out and socializing. A short drive to the Gaslamp District made super convenient. Will definitely come back.

What a precious house and so well done! The decor is lovely, the bed in the primary bedroom was super comfortable, as were the sheets. We spent some time on the back patio area and it was very relaxing! Expect some noise from the airplanes but I actually loved it! Intazza coffee is just a quick walk and they have great drink options as well as food! Would definitely stay at this house again! Loved it!

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

This was a great place to stay. It’s super nice, was very clean, and the living space in general was very comfortable and felt like home. The Little Italy area was perfect—lots of great restaurants and a fun area to walk around. The place is also super close to a trolley stop, so can very easily get into the downtown area without driving/ubering. We stayed here and took the trolley right to the convention center for a conference. There are two beds which can each sleep two people comfortably. I think otherwise you’re looking at the couch/air mattress. We only had 3 people so this wasn’t an issue. Only things I would change about the place would be an included parking space and earlier check in time.

Brent’s place was amazing and I would definitely stay there again! It’s in a great location close to lots of restaurants in South Park and my favorite coffee shop Santos coffee :) Their home was beautiful inside and out with a great yard space for the doggies!

Right when we got to the house, it just felt right at home. The kitchen had everything you need that you can cook which is what we did the first night! The hot tub was amazing, and the living room was great to watch tv and have your dogs near you while you’re relaxing. When you’re going to sleep, the beds and the pillows were amazing to lay down while you’re watching tv as well. Everything was home feeling and that’s exactly what we needed! Thank you Clinton! I will come back here again.

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with all you could want. Close to the harbor and in Little Italy. The garage was tight but very convenient in such a busy neighborhood. The roof top deck was a great place to chill and watch the planes landing at the airport. The primary suite was two stories up from the living room, very private and comfortable with access to the rooftop deck. Just be aware you will have a number of steps to navigate to get there, but it’s worth the trip.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Celebrated my sister’s 30th birthday here and we all had such a blast! The host was so kind and receptive the whole time. The place is incredibly cute and comfy! The pool and grill were the biggest highlights of the weekend. We will definitely book this place again!

Wonderful place for a family visiting. Definitely check it out if you are visiting UCSD student.

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

We loved our stay, Bruce was so friendly and very accommodating. We had quite a large group stay there, 2 of my kiddos included- Bruce had a little bucket of toys to play with for them which was such a nice surprise. The house was clean and everything in working order. While we were there, most of our time was spent outside in the beautiful backyard where there was such a great vibe! We’d for sure stay here again next time we’re in San Diego!

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

The pool was great! I wish the kitchen had had a few more supplies/necessities -- but other than that, everything was lovely!

WOW is what I’ll start with. A great place to stay fairly close to San Diego downtown area about 15-20 min drive. Devo’s place was as described it was well stocked and we have had a great greeting with beautifully scented candles and the temperature set as it was a fairly cool day. I asked Devo a few questions and she responded and was upfront and honest.

Mayra's place is a strategically situated apartment. it's walking distance to the Convention Center and surrounded by everything (restaurants, cafes, shops, minimarkets). The apartment is huge and fit to 6 persons, although we were only 4 persons. The building is steps free, the apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator works well, which is very important for me because I have problem with my ankle due to surgery. The apartment is also including free car parking which is not far from the building (maybe only 1 or 2 blocks from the building). Mayra is a nice and friendly host. She explained all the details and very easy to understand. I will definitely comeback to her apartment if I visit San Diego again in the future.

The apartment is located in a new building with a beautiful lobby and a lovely terrace. It’s quiet enough and conveniently close to the Gaslamp Quarter. The place is clean and features an elegant design. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you might need. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable, with a clear sense of care for the guest’s experience. There is some construction nearby, but it didn’t cause any discomfort at all — nothing to worry about.

Great host, everything in terms of shops and restaurants are nearby and I would definitely stay here again!

Cute little house under the tree. That’s exactly what it is. Everything you need to have a little Getaway with comfort and necessities. Close to downtown and the zoo that’s why we were there. Neighborhood was quiet. Tip, you will be parking on the street, make sure you remember your drivers Ed class? being if you park on a down side hill turn your wheels into the curb. If you park up side a hill turn your wheels away from the curb otherwise the parking police will happily give you a parking ticket for your front wheels turned incorrectly. Enjoyed the sites will stay again.

We loved our stay at this very clean and spacious apartment. We were attending a conference at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina and the apartments is a super convenient location for conferences at the Marriott or the San Diego Conference Center. There are also tons of walkable distance restaurants and bars in the Gaslamp quarter.

Sommer was extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful. The place was just as described and was well stocked with everything you could need. Quiet neighborhood close to lots! We really enjoyed our stay and Sommer made all the difference.

PERFECTION! Instantly wished we had planned for a longer trip! The home was amazing, clean and beautiful with such a calm energy. The host Matthew was very informative of the history of the building as well as super fast response time to any questions we had. The most helpful was when we forgot our charger after checking out and they quickly helped us! It was such a relief with how fast Matthew replied and how helpful it was! Only bad thing was how short our trip, we would love to stay again and stay longer! Recommend to anyone out of town but also to locals like us who wanted that staycation/change of scenery. Definitely created that “home away from home” feeling!! Thank you to the host!
