Vacation rentals with a patio in Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego

This is my 2nd stay with Taylor. The reason for me staying again are; 1. Parking available 2. Clean/Safe 3. Walkable/Lots of restaurants The studio is in the ground floor and was worried about sound after reading other comments but it wasn’t as bad as I read. It’s city life and near the airport. Studio was larger than I thought and very clean and comfy. Check-in instructions were perfect and parking was AWESOME, right next to the unit. Thank you, Taylor. We will stay again.

A wonderful spot in San Diego! Walkable to Balboa Park and Little Italy if you don’t mind a little bit of hills. This unit is comfortable and stylish and the hot tub is an added plus. Great amenities as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay, pictures don’t do it this place justice! The two balconies were a plus as well! Dain was a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. Very clean and worth every penny. Definitely will be returning when in town again!

We loved this location! It was rare to find a place in San Diego with easy parking. The space was perfect for the 4 of us. Even the sofa bed was totally comfortable for our 2 kids. Space was clean, bathroom was great. The host really took pride in his space and you can tell. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to SD. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The location is perfect for sightseeing in San Diego, many of the towns are within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Vivian is a very good host, she was always attentive and responded quickly. The only thing we had was that we hardly had any hot water.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! First off, Jay and Erika are PHENOMENAL hosts! There was a minor issue with the hot tub, and it was fixed the very next day! Jay and Erika were prompt in tending to the issue and making sure everything was up to par! The gravel parking area behind the unit is perfect and has ample room for multiple cars! The unit is in a very quiet and chill neighborhood and about 15 minutes from a plethora of restaurants in North Park! The hot tub and bed are both great for certain activities (wink wink), and the Roku TV is also a great touch! I will add this place to my list of places to stay when visiting San Diego, and will be booking again soon! Don’t hesitate to book Jay’s and Erika’s place!

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

Kim's place was perfect - just what we needed. We needed a dog-friendly, quiet place where I could work and easily access the freeway (my sister was having a baby, so needed to be able to move around quickly). Kim, was incredibly flexible with check-in and very responsive. Her place is pretty, clean, just as described with all the amenities you might need. It's a short walk/drive to food, coffee, groceries, and friendly people. Kim went above and beyond when in the chaos of leaving for work, I left my toiletries behind (including my retainers and some jewelry). Kim was next level - she went to the AirBnB to personally check for my things and then circled back a few times with her cleaning crew to reunite me with my much needed dental tools. Oh, and did I mention how incredibly comfortable the bed is - it was like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend her place.

Nicely decorated comfortable space - looks just like the pictures. Loved the small touches like stocked coffee and tea, filtered water waiting in the fridge. Very quiet, especially given the urban nature of the neighborhood. Patio space gave a sense of privacy and good for larger dogs. Quick walk to restaurants and Balboa park. Host was extremely responsive, checked in with me about my stay. Off-street parking was a huge bonus in that area, and the YouTube video providing directions was perfect. If you’re looking for a great place to be near Balboa Park/Zoo I highly recommend this cute little spot.

We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. The place was super clean and had plenty of games to keep us entertained. It was also really peaceful at night, which made for a relaxing stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a quiet, fun place to stay in San Diego!

Had a great stay here with 3 friends. Outdoor area is massive with great fire pit and hot tub, and the inside is equally as nice and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wedding weekend at Coronado and since we had our infant and dogs this location was absolutely perfect to host our family. The home was comfortable and had great restaurants within walking distance. We wound definitely go back!

Daniel's San Diego home was an absolute dream come true for our family of six! It far surpassed all our expectations and stands out as our best Airbnb experience to date. Our stay in San Diego was truly memorable, thanks in large part to this fantastic condo. Its central location made it easy to explore everything the city has to offer—SeaWorld, the zoo, museums, Liberty Station, and the beaches—all just a short drive away. One of the highlights for our two-year-old was watching planes take off and land nearby, which added an extra layer of excitement to our trip. The condo was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in it truly made us feel at home. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is our second time staying at Niloofar’s Airbnb and it was, again, a fantastic experience. It is a great location within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and shops nearby. The Airbnb is clean, matches the photos exactly, and was the perfect base camp for a family of four. Niloofar was also extremely responsive; after an initial mixup she immediately made sure we had a pack n’ play for our son. Everything about our stay was great; we can’t say enough about this location and host—we hope to be back soon!!

Great and beautiful place! So close to the beach! Had all the amenities except a kitchen sponge for dishes. The cleaning crew came a day before check out, which was a little uncomfortable.. but overall the location and place were great and the host was so nice and responsive!
