The semi-detached house has been very elaborately and modernly renovated and has 2 bedrooms with sanded floorboards, a bathroom with underfloor heating in Italian design and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. The 1,000 m² property with climbing frame and slide can be reached within 3 minutes on foot. A guest house (Tiny House by the lake) is also on the property and can be booked via this platform, so a vacation in a large group is possible.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Polz, a quiet village far from any hustle and bustle. A cozy room with a double bed on the upper floor is available for your restful sleep. The heart of our accommodation is our lovingly created garden, which offers several spaces to relax. You have the choice between a pool, pavilion, deck chair, hammock or beach chair. A grill on the terrace or the fireplace in the garden ensure cozy evenings. A happy cat and a tomcat live in our house.

Lake Gartow invites you to swim, boat, sail, surf or fish. There is also a water playground, the Wendland spa, tennis court, soccer field and a mini golf course nearby. The elongated flat plains of the health resort of Gartow invite you to cycle.
