This is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. More information on request. Fresh towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper as well as coffee capsules and etc. Fresh flowers, chocolate, mineral water and fruit are available to welcome you. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 3-4 people can be accommodated. 2 additional single beds are possible No parties.

Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

The Wersehaus with direct water access including canoe

Historic charm meets modern comfort – your home on the Werse The Wersehaus is a lovingly renovated holiday home in the heart of Handorf-Münster, right on the water. The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated in 2025 – however, the special charm of the old wooden beams continues to run through every room and reminds of the history of this unique house. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.
