This is a self-contained annexe with private off-street parking and its own entrance. Located on a quiet lane with little traffic (apart from the odd horse on it's way up to Shotover!) Newly renovated, the studio is fresh, sunny and well equipped with its own kitchen and shower room.

Quiet beautiful village

Independent private unit with private facility next to main house. I will be available if wanted. Very small, especially for two but manageable, hence the price, ( I try to keep the price as long as I can ), but very pretty, very comfortable bed for two, and good Wifi and good shower, a big fridge in the garage for your foods, beer or wine. You will not see me unless you want to!!!?. It is not a luxurious cottage. The Crown and Inn at Emmington there.
