It is a very peaceful location surrounded by nature and within a 5 min walk of the village centre. The perfect place to discover the Cevennes and the south of France. Come and enjoy a quiet and ideally located cottage between the Cévennes, Uzès and Nîmes. Newly renovated, it benefits from all the comforts (reversible air conditioning) to accommodate you as a couple or family, with a beautiful outdoor area and a terrace. St Jean de CEYRARGUES is a village of character, located between Nîmes (35 min) and Uzès (20 min) and close to Anduze, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (1 hour). I will be happy to advise you on other walks in the area.

Ideal for visiting the area, walking in nature, Uzès 10 km away, local shops within walking distance. Garage and courtyard not adjoining the house. And the house is equipped with a Verisure alarm system and remote monitoring in the living room and in the upstairs hallway only when it is in operation and the alarm is triggered.

In our very typical village of St Quentin la Poterie, all shops, you will fall in love with the creations of potters, restaurants, the farmers' market on Tuesdays and the authentic Provencal market on Fridays in a southern atmosphere.

Our pretty stone house of 120 m2, recently renovated and air-conditioned, awaits you for a pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with outdoor lounge, barbecue, ping-pong table. The 3X3 swimming pool, adjoining the terrace, is perfect for cooling off, having fun and keeping the children under supervision. The accommodation has a fiber internet connection and parking for several vehicles. Pets are welcome.
