Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

A stream and a small wood run along the bottom of the garden. You will find all the calm and comfort you need for a relaxing moment, a walk or a visit to the surroundings. The spacious and bright rooms combine old-fashioned charm with contemporary design.

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)
