Newer cabin of 136 m2 located on the east side of Odalen's pearl, Storsjøen. Here you can enjoy your vacation with family or friends. It is a peaceful little cottage area with about 50 cottages. Short distance to the lake for swimming, fishing and other water activities. Storsjøen is shallow and has high bathing temperatures of about 22-26 degrees. The area has 2 beaches, a long beach that is suitable for toddlers and one with more depth for the slightly larger ones. There are also many hiking trails to explore and small fishing waters in Odalen.

The cabin is in a remote location and there are many hiking opportunities nearby. Go skiing right outside the living room window on beautiful Storsjøen, go ice fishing or go hiking with snowshoes (2 snowshoes at the cabin). The cabin is 100 sqm and has high speed internet. The cabin area is child-friendly and closed with a barrier only for residents.

Fantastic location with unobstructed views of Norway's largest lake, Mjøsa. 30 minutes from Oslo Airport, Gardermoen and approx. 50 minutes from Oslo city center. You sleep in the living room (there is no separate bedroom), where there is a double bed. Stabburet is part of a farm that has been significantly upgraded in recent years and offers accommodation, participation in the cultivation of vegetables. Events are held from time to time. Great hiking areas. Rental of 2 electric bicycles and 2 kayaks.

In the summer, you can take the river down to the village of Skarnes, situated on Norway's longest river Glomma. We have a boat, a canoe and a kayak for rent.
