Monthly Rentals in Gardiners Island

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. Hosts Josh and Stephanie were amazing—caring, communicative, and always ready to help. The house was spotless and featured modern upgrades. Our favorite part was the stunning pool with heating and turquoise lights at night, surrounded by a meticulously maintained backyard filled with beautiful plants. The house is just a 5-minute jog from a private beach, making it the perfect getaway. Josh and Stephanie know the Springs area well and shared the best hidden food gems, seafood markets, restaurants, and sunset spots. Don’t forget to check out the Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center nearby. I highly recommend this house and its wonderful hosts. 5 stars!

This house served our family very well for a multi-month stay. The house and property are just like the photos and all the amenities were great to have. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place near the water in East Hampton. Petra was always very responsive with anything we needed and was an excellent host.

We were in much need of both time away to relax AND time to explore nature with our two kids. Rachel's house is stylish decorated and well equipped for those who want to snuggle in and relax there. It's also conveniently located close to many trails, beaches, and great eateries. A win on all fronts!

We stayed here while our house was being renovated and it was clean easy to access our house is nearby so convenient. She was responsive any time I needed to contact her. Great place
