My family and I stay in greenport quite a bit and all agreed that this was our favorite Airbnb to stay in! The house was comfortable and beautifully designed. The host was so helpful when we had questions. Also, the water pressure in the showers was awesome which is hard to come by! Thank you for a great stay - we will be back!!

This was my second time staying here, and probably won’t be the last. A perfectly wonderful Hamptons home, with a beachy, rustic charm. It’s close to all, yet on a quiet street with a great backyard. David is a fantastic host, everything was spelled out clearly and the home was spotless.

We were so excited to find this house available again. We were here a few years ago and always wanted to return. It was just as wonderful as we remembered. Iris is a great host. She meets every request with prompt enthusiasm. We highly recommend her and this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful time! Lisa was incredibly proactive with all check-in and check-out instructions. The location was exactly what we wanted-- close to downtown and walkable to a beach. The rooms were great, and we loved the space downstairs for socializing. Everything was beautifully decorated and set the stage for a perfect weekend escape. We hope to be back soon!

This was our second stay at Judie's place. The house is immaculately clean, from easy check in, instructions left, comfortable beds, location is amazing, walkable into town. Showers are great, I could go on and on about how great the space is. We will definitely stay here again when back in Greenport.

We absolutely loved our quick getaway from the city at Kate’s lovely home. It is hard to articulate in words just how beautiful of a home and location this was. It was truly magical. We were very comfortable as a family traveling with young children. Despite the weather being a bit chilly, we had a wonderful time soaking the views and discovering “treasures” by the water. We cannot wait to come back again soon.

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

Krae’s place is a lovely cottage: it is a comfortable, beautiful place, right across the street from the ocean with beautiful vistas of the ocean along multiple windows. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxed pace and gorgeous starry nights. Krae was so easy to contact and was super responsive. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Amber’s place was immaculate and stunning. This was my 2nd time staying and it was just as magical! The place had plenty of space for a family of 3 and the washer/dryer was very convenient. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

Nothing like waking up to a sunrise in bed. Perfect place for someone who loves the ocean. I couldn’t ask for much more for the price. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or just some quiet time.

My best friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend! We had such a great time. Riley’s place was perfect. The location was incredible, just a short walk to the local beach and a quick ride to downtown Sag Harbor. We would stay here again!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. It felt warm and cozy from the minute we walked in. Marla was kind enough to let us check in early, which allowed us to get the most of our first day in the Hamptons. She responds very quickly when you reach out. The location was perfect. It is very close to so many things to do. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, plenty of room and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this home!

We loved this vacation, Peconic is the perfect place to spend 2 peaceful weeks by the Sound. The cabins are comfortable and the kitchen has great cookware and sharp knives. There are ticks here, check yourself regularly.

My group of 4 loved this house in EH Springs. We were out east for a long weekend for a wedding, 4 adults. The pool is huge, the backyard had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of supplies for outside (cushions, towels, etc). The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. Dariusz and Patricia left us a really nice welcome gift (wine, snacks, a cake!) and a handwritten card. We felt very welcome - every detail was thought of - the house was fully stocked with coffee, condiments, lots to get us started when we arrived. We agree with other reviewers - while the pictures here are accurate, they don't do the house justice!! I really hope to come back :)

Sophia and Gus were great hosts. We had an issue with one of the AC units when we first got there and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Sophia was very responsive to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations. The house was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are no buildings between the house and the beach. Like most of the beaches around there they have small rocks which is fine. Sophia has beach chairs and an umbrella. As you can see in the pictures the bedrooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. There is very limited cell service but there is wi- fi in the house so as long you are in the house calls are not a problem. Overall the house was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Sophia and Gus are wonderful hosts

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

Our stay at James’ cottage was great! We were visiting my mom in Riverhead and it was a short drive there. Hampton Bays is close to beaches, restaurants, coffee, anything you want. The cottage was clean and we all slept comfortably. The back deck was huge! Thank you for a great stay and for answering our questions when needed!

This is a beautiful small house . . . a real architectural gem, with its sunken main floor living and bedrooms on the wings. The hot tub is right out the sliding door from the dining area and guest bedroom, so it's smoothly reached in all weather, and the back patio and yard are a lovely private space. You're just off the peninsula from Southampton but it is easy to go to town without getting on Route 27, so you get the Hamptons lifestyle without the insane prices. Great value for a couple, a small family, or two couples who are close-knit.

We’ve stayed at Noelle’s place for quite a few years now. We keep coming back because she’s such a great host, the house is lovely and the location can’t be beat. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back again next November.
