Amazing Beachfront vacation home located directly on a private sandy beach on Shinnecock Bay. Stunning waterfront views- sunrises/sunsets. Have a bbq and relax right on the back deck and watch the boats pass by or take a quick walk or shuttle boat to some of the Hamptons best restaurants. No worries about having a drink and getting home. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Directly on the water! And down the road from a fabulous beach 🏖️ — ideal location midway Sag Harbor and Southampton. AC & all amenities in renovated 1920’s two bedroom cottage. Master bedroom with glass sliders overlook sun-kissed sea cove. Decks, loungers, Adirondacks around fire pit at the water’s edge. Swans and shorebirds drift by garden with slate terrace bbq with teak dining for family and friends. Well equipped country eat in kitchen. Lifejackets, oars and three kyacks.

A shaded outdoor area showcases two hammocks gently swaying between wooden pillars, with water views visible through lush greenery. A stack of firewood is neatly arranged nearby, contributing to the serene, natural environment.
