Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Gardens

Had a wonderful stay. It was a welcoming home with plenty of space - a corner for everyone inside and out. Loved the personality of each room. Didn't have to travel far from the airport or for most of our activities and yet the area was quite peaceful. Luke was an attentive host. His check-in instructions were clear and was always helpful with any queries. Would definitely stay again.

Wat een heerlijke plek hebben Hanno & Nico! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en brandschoon! Het zwembad is prachtig met heerlijk water. Verder zijn de gastheren ontzettend vriendelijk, reageren snel op berichten en hebben allerlei leuke tips voor restaurants en de omgeving! Echt een aanrader!

We had a great stay at Alet's place. Alet was/is a great host who was very helpful with all our questions and always responded right away. The apartment was perfectly clean and we even got new linen and towels on a regular basis. The area is absolutely safe and the beach can be reached within 10-15 min of walking. Sadly the pool was not usable when we were there which was disappointing for our kids but absolutely not Alet's fault.

Mark and Alisa were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We broke down a few minutes away and Mark was quick to aid us by fetching my family and luggage while I waited for the tow truck. I have to give a huge shout for this act of kindness. Thank you once again. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back God willing.

They are perfects hosts, flexible scheduling. A wonderful and well-maintained home. The house is fully equipped. Great for spending a few days with friends or family.

Beautiful home, and in an amazing location within Fresnaye. Magda and Alec were great hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Always easy to contact and quick at responding if we needed anything. We came to Cape Town with our small children aged 2 & 4 years old, and the house was perfect for our family. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The enclosed garden & jungle gym were great at keeping them entertained. We also spent lots of time enjoying the pool, which was secured and gave us peace of mind so we could let the children play and not worry. We had a great time, and couldn’t thank Magda and Alec enough for sharing their home with us. We’re sad to leave, but look forward to coming back next year.

Elzanne‘s place was perfect for our family of three visiting Cape Town for 5 nights. Our 2 year old enjoyed playing with all the toys available, plus the trampoline and swing set outside. We enjoyed the bbq grill and eating dinner outside most nights with a view of the sunset and pool. The property is very quiet and beds very comfortable. There‘s a huge fridge and freezer and everything you need to cook meals. The house is also beautifully designed so it was a very pleasant stay for us!

Incredible hospitality! Dave did not flinch at helping me out when I got a flat tyre! Great and well equipped kitchen with lovely extra touches like the informative containers! The flat is nice and airy and it really felt very homely and comfortable! I would recommend this lovely place especially if you are looking for a safe and secure location!

Stayed here for over a month and loved it. Large, light and well equipped with a great shower, and well-located near Kloof street, right by a great supermarket and walkable to all the best stuff in the area: restaurants, bars, shops, the Labia cinema. The designated parking space was perfect and the weekly cleaner really excellent. Rita, the property manager, was responsive and helpful and fixed stuff quickly. I had an issue with noise from unexpected building work next door but was offered a discount which I thought was a good solution. Highly recommended.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the V&A Waterfront. It offers excellent access to restaurants, shopping, and beachside running routes. The assigned parking spot and gated neighborhood added to the ease and security of our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Thank YOU, Gillian. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation completely impressed us. The apartment was very spacious, excellently equipped, and left nothing to be desired – we truly had everything we needed. What was particularly important for us: we felt absolutely safe at all times. Our car was also perfectly secured, thanks to a private, secure garage parking space. A big thank you to Kyle, who was very helpful and always quick to respond from the beginning. His detailed and helpful check-in information made it easy for us to settle in right away. We can definitely recommend this apartment and would return anytime!

Andre’s place was very well located, walking distance to the waterfront and Sea Point- lots of caffès and restaurants. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. WiFi works very well. Andre is a very responsive and proactive host, Michael the Porter is very nice and we even got Ilse to clean some days and she is very sweet and attentive. Highly recommended.

Katie was a great host! Super accommodating and helpful! We had a great stay in their accommodation and would recommend them for sure. 10/10.

Dolly was an amazing host, super helpful right from the moment we booked. She was super proactive sorting any questions we had and sorting them on time. Walking distance from the beach, away from the main city which made it peaceful and with all the great restaurants you need. Easy to get uber to the main city attractions which she did also recommend some. I would definitely recommend and come back

Veldig fin og romslig, høyt under taket leilighet. Fint område med butikker i nærheten. Sentralt med kort avstand til alt du trenger.

We had a great time at Stewart’s place. He was a very caring and friendly host. The place had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the panorama and the spacious apartment. The neighbourhood is safe and a community cafe is just around.

We had a fabulous time at this apartment in Bantry Bay. Fabulous location, convenient to so many activities, with stunning views The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed complete with a box of gourmet treats to welcome us. So wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing below. Hezron was exceptionally helpful and responsive from the time we arrived (v late at night) to when we left. We would love to come back to this apartment again some day

Super nette Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön gelegen, guter Blick auf Tafelberg, Lionshead und Signalhill. Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend mit eigenem Parkplatz und vielen Restaurants. Alles wirklich toll!
