The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. Please message Rafael should you have any questions regarding extra guests or longer stays over one week.
