I can't wait to return. The serene farm stay was perfect for a family break from the city's hustle and bustle. There was a sprawling lawn for the kids to enjoy themselves, and the crate of bats/balls, etc., was put to good use. It is eye-opening to see what the city kids are missing. The hike to the river was amazing, and not once did the kids have a chance to even think of saying they were tired, as nature kept them guessing around every corner. Linda was amazing from the initial communication post-booking until after checkout. Genuine farm hospitality!

My wife and I are well traveled. We've stayed in many 5-star hotels arround the world. Even so, this was one of our avourite accomodations ever. We cannot recommend hakuna matata enough. Dont even think twice.... you can feel the love when you walk through the door. The chelets are pristine and the view amazing. Just a wonderful vibe! Thank you Lustine and family for hosting us!

A Truly Magical Escape – Frog Mountain Stole Our Hearts Wow, some places truly touch your soul, and Frog Mountain is one of them. You can feel the love, care, and passion that Gabriela has poured into creating this magical retreat. Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the joy of walking up to the labyrinth and witnessing a breathtaking sunset to the pure exhilaration of squealing down the foofy slide—every moment felt special. We loved hiking to the waterfall and rock pools, immersing ourselves in nature’s beauty. Our cozy rondavel felt like a warm hug after each day of adventure. The charm of Frog Mountain extends beyond the landscapes—it’s in the horses grazing peacefully, the cows wandering the fields, and the symphony of beautiful birdsong each morning. Swimming in the river was a refreshing delight, and every corner of this place felt like a gift to the soul. We are deeply grateful

Our purpose for the weekend was us attending my son’s wedding.The accommodation was neat. I saw too late that all bedrooms were upstairs, so my mom of 80 years had to find a different accommodation when we got there. That was my mistake for not reading all the details. We expected a lake view from the house. However, we had a beautiful view of the mountains from the 2 bedrooms and the garden area from the bathroom. The fire place on the stoop could not be used due to rainy weather. Belinda is very responsive, we had a small problem with having no hot water the one evening and Belinda made sure that this was fixed first thing in the morning. All in all, we had a very comfortable & cosy stay. Thank you Belinda.🙌🏻

This place is truly a hidden gem! The breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding landscape made it feel like a perfect blend of forest and seaside tranquility. The home was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every moment felt like stepping into a masterpiece of nature’s beauty — truly a reflection of God’s artwork. The steps leading to this hidden gem were truly rewarding. Karen was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, making me feel like part of her family from the start. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a refreshing escape from daily life, even if you already live near the ocean — this is an entirely unique experience.

We had such a magical long weekend! This beautiful home wasn’t just the perfect getaway—it was the perfect fit for our family. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we loved every second. We were all so sad to leave! The location is ideal—central to Malgas and close to local restaurants and the shop, all surrounded by the most stunning natural beauty. The house is incredibly well-stocked and peaceful. We especially appreciated how sound doesn’t travel through the house easily—a huge bonus when you’ve got lively little ones! Having access to the two-man kayak was a real treat. The weather played along, and we spent hours paddling on the river—it was absolute bliss. We’ll definitely be back! Every now and then you come across special places in the world, places you feel truly priveleged to be able to visit. This is one of them. It's a wonderful place to stay, it's a whole experience being there, both wild and rustic but also comfortable and set up just right. The cottage is perfect. A great space for two to share, cosy and decorated with a minimal but excellent taste, the kitchen has everything you need, be it for storing some snacks or more concerted cooking. (of, for example, delicious things you find at the nearby Sedgefield market). The area is wonderful to explore, jump in a kayak and go! And, sure, you can hear the traffic across the way, but at least in mu opinion, it just doesn't matter. Stay for as many nights as you can, you're going to want to. we booked very late in day & it couldn't have been more pleasant & easy. super comfy bed! excellent HOT shower/plenty of towels & blankets and friendly hosts. nice chat both on arrival & before she left for work its gorgeous! and tastefully furnished plus extremely high speed internet which allowed me to upload work items and clear hundreds of photos up to the cloud and off my phone. couldn't have asked for anything else.. highly recommended. also beautiful views on drive out this am. thanks for your kind hospitality

We are forever fans of Wolverfontein, of these beautiful hosts, and of kicking off our shoes to soak up the peace of the area. It sits on a quartz crystal line and so the kids spent days going on walks to find crystals and hours in the plunge pool. Screens were quickly forgotten about (although the WiFi is great). We can’t wait to escape the madness again some time soon!

We had a wonderful stay and this well equipped house. It's very well situated and in a beautiful setting.

We had a great stay at Nicky’s house. It is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. It was a great communication as she replied quickly. For check in somebody was there to welcome us as well for check out. We had some issues with the power of the sockets (was the first time that this happened) on our last day but somebody came quickly to fix the issue so it wasn’t a big deal :) We would definitely come back for another trip. Thanks for having us :)

We really loved our stay at Susie's beautiful house. The view from the house and plunge pool is amazing, and the house itself is well thought out and furnished. I especially loved having an outside shower as the sun was setting!

We really enjoyed our stay @ the Caddyshack, its very peaceful and you instantly feel at home. Next time we will definitely stay longer
