We liked the place very much and it fully met our expectations. The surrounding area is also great for relaxing and there are various hiking trails that start directly from the property. The Balneon thermal baths are also highly recommended and very close to the accommodation. I'm sure we'll be back :)

I had a great stay here for business, the location is close to the trams, train station and regular buses. Accommodation was perfect with everything you’d need. The host was very helpful, communication was excellent and every was as described. Will definitely use again next time

From the beginning, communication was impeccable and Dirk was always available. The apartment was great and very clean and is in a quiet environment. Nevertheless, there is a lot within walking distance and you can drive to the Steinhuder Meer in just a few minutes by car. Always happy to stay again and without exception

The apartment is a beautiful old building with high ceilings, charming details and a cozy atmosphere. The location is perfect: a quiet, pleasant area, also ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The hospitality was outstanding! My host was incredibly warm, always helpful and gave me fantastic tips – both for culinary highlights and for beautiful bike routes that allowed me to discover the city from a very special perspective. The place was also spotlessly clean, and I felt comfortable from the start. If you're looking for an authentic Airbnb experience with a great host in a beautiful old building, this is the place to be. Absolutely recommended – I will be happy to come back!
