House vacation rentals in Gangnam District

The host is so kind ~ A big family of 15 people went! The kids were happy, and it was a really good trip. I wanted to use the second floor terrace because it was so nice, but it was a shame that I couldn't use it because it was raining too much. You can grill meat right in front of you, The room was so warm that I turned on the air conditioner. The air conditioning works great on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. ~ I'll go again in the summer. ~

I visited to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday! I liked it because it was a very clean accommodation in a large space that could accommodate a lot of people. Other people also liked it so much that they asked how I found this place. The host responded quickly, and it rained on the same day, but he prepared a heater so that the barbecue wouldn't be cold, and he set everything up in advance at the check-in time.There are plenty of parking spaces, and it feels quiet and private, so I had a good stay. Thank you!

We stayed on Christmas Eve and he also provided us with a fire pit and a small sweet potato. Thank you to the host for allowing us to make good memories with your loved ones.

This is an accommodation that I found while traveling with two families and Ganghwa, and it was so clean and comfortable with all white. I was very satisfied with the outdoor barbecue and the fire pit. It's a great place to see the night view.

It was really nice as a travel destination for three families. I'll be back. The host is really kind. 👍

Could not have loved the place more. Super convenient, yet private. The host her is so lovely, she waited for us to show us around the place when we checked in, making an espresso for us and teaching us how to use the washing machine. She even agreed to see me once more so I could pick up a ring I had left behind

We are a group of seven ladies coming for a leisure trip. Gayá has given us a warm welcome and explained to us how to ask them for assistance in using Seoul’s taxi/food deliveries etc in a local way. The rooms are spacious and clean. it’s a big bonus that it provides laundry facilities. You can get all the amenities e.g. slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste/shower/shampoo/conditioner/lots of towels just the same as hotels. All the electrical appliances including the air conditioners work well and had made our stay so comfortable. Just some points to note: for people who are easily awaken by light it’d be nice to bring your own eye shield coz some of the rooms use blinds rather than blackout curtains. Just an issue for people who are sensitive to light. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and we all feel very relaxed throughout our stay. Overall I’d highly recommend to big groups travelling to Seoul especially for groups of families.

Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

I stayed at the property for a month, two weeks of it with my mother as we traveled together. The view of the apartment is beautiful at night and the location is magnificent. It's super easy to get anywhere in Seoul thanks to good bus and train connection. There is also everything you need for everyday life in the vicinity. The apartment is cute and the bed is big and comfortable. You really have everything you need. The apartment is absolutely perfect for one person. For two people, the storage space may get a little tight for long stays for clothes, but it is still doable. All in all we had a wonderful stay

I needed a place to stay because I had a few days in Seoul, but I found this place while looking for a cleaner and more comfortable place than a hotel. Usually, the majority of the Internet photos are different from the real thing, but the interior here is clean and well done, and there are plenty of household supplies, so I was very satisfied. I had a comfortable stay like my own home. I'll use it again next time I come to Seoul.

The host and place is amazing. The only downside is the location, which is a hike to get to and I even had taxi drivers more than once deny me a ride because of how steep it is. It is about a 10 minute walk to the subway and nearest food. Everything else is amazing. The place has a great view. The hosts are so kind and respond quickly. They make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and it is pretty good value for the space. The doors are a little low so if you are 6 foot you may hit your head a couple times (I did). I would consider this place again, but if I had toddlers that walked, I think it would be difficult because of the hill.

The three of us rested so comfortably It's cozy and warm enough to sleep well in bed. I had a really good rest! Friendly and quick response. Thank you. I'll use it again next time I'm in Seoul. ^^

Lovely airbnb and amazing host that was very helpful at all times

Hyo&Binna responded quickly and friendly to their tenant. Their home is very convenient as it is 1 minute from the Metro Exit. The home is clean, warm, and easy to find. We would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul.

Shin’s Airbnb was a great place for us to stay during spring of 2025. We are from Chicago U.S. traveling to experience springtime in Seoul. Shin’s place was in a nice neighborhood and home was very clean, good flow of interior space. We also took the subway or buses for our main transportation during the stay. The subway station, restaurants and grocery stores are all short 5 to 10 min. walking distance from Shin’s place. Above all, Shin was personable and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend the place.

The place was cozy and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was truly a great place to stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The place was super clean, cozy:) Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—maybe even better! The bed was comfy, the space was well organized! But what really stood out was the host. She was incredibly kind and patient—even when I asked a bunch of random (and kind of silly😅) questions, she always replied quickly and with such a friendly attitude. And one more thing, the location was also great—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I’d love to come back again someday!!

The place and the neighbourhood were lovely and we felt very welcomed. It was absolutely worth it to travel here even though it wasn’t that near to Seoul center. There were a lot of restaurants, cafés and parks near, for example if you want to hike up to bukhansan it’s very close! Suji was very kind, flexible and helped us with everything.

Fantastic location! I really liked the private entry area, and the fact that this house is so conveniently located. Many restaurants nearby including great vegan restaurants. The hosts were very quick, clear and friendly with their responses.

First of all, the biggest advantage of this place is that it doesn't feel like Seoul and it feels like you're on a trip somewhere far away! As the name of the accommodation, it is a "campsite in the city center":) It's hard to get to a far place, but it's highly recommended for those who want to feel like they're going far away!! It is also recommended for those who like to take pictures! Outside, there's a camping cut, and inside, there's a separate room where you can take pictures using various items. We didn't use the barbecue and outdoor spaces because it seemed like it would be cumbersome due to the rain, but it was a space that would have been really satisfying if we had used it!! Instead, I took a lot of photos. Anyway, I had a proper healing in the city center!!!!! Thank you!

Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Chuck, the host, was super quick to respond and really helpful, which made everything go smoothly and made my time there even more enjoyable. The place was not just clean and comfy, but it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. It was just perfect for our big family of 14. The location couldn’t be better – tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a perfect peaceful getaway after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated how close it was to the subway; it made getting around Seoul a breeze. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, serving a variety of tasty local dishes to enjoy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an awesome place to relax while still being close to all the city’s attractions. I would absolutely come back here.

I really like this house, the location is good, close to the subway station, close to Hongdae business district, there is a convenience store and coffee shop at the door. The room is clean and tidy and a conversion plug is also provided ~ Enjoyable stay. I will choose this place again next time I come to Korea.❤️

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The accommodation is impeccable with plenty of elements to feel at home, located in a fairly quiet area a few minutes from Hongdae on foot and close to a metro. The hosts are very nice, they were available and accommodating. Great experience, I recommend it!!!
