Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Gangnam District

It was a very clean room, it smelled nice, and I was able to relax!I was happy to feel the host's thoughtfulness!I would definitely like to stay again when I come to Korea (> ᴗ <)

The location was great and the interior was beautiful. But the subway is right in front, so it's a little noisy if you open the door. I don't think it matters when you turn on the air conditioner in the summer.

The Host responded very promptly and clearly. Gave a lot of suggestions for the surrounding area. Very convenient near the room. The bed is also very soft and comfortable.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and very thoughtfully decorated. Brian was an exceptional host. He is friendly, thoughtful and responsive and provided great local tips. I would recommend Brian’s place to anyone visiting the area!

Transportation, convenience store, mart, bakery, sauna, and fitness in the building are so good.

Host is extremely responsive and goes far and beyond to cater to my requests. Apartment is immaculately clean and tidy, with every equipment and device that you can possibly think of for a vacation stay. Message chair is also a great plus. Highly recommend

AMAZING PLACE AND AMAZING HOST!!! Justin was so kind and made us feel right at home! The place is so clean and near the train station. Every where is only a 10-20 minute ride and nearby has so many restaurants and cafes and convenience stores. I am definitely rebooking this place next time I come to Korea!

It was the best of the accommodations I've been to this year. Quick response and proactive resolution from the host. I felt the sincerity of the host in this accommodation. The surrounding commercial area is nice, and transportation is convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation to you all!

Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

It was the best place to visit all over Seoul with my daughter in the United States because the transportation was good. It was as neat and comfortable as the photos It was nice to have all the facilities in the shopping mall, such as e-mart, Paris Baguette, and a bathhouse.

We had a great stay - Serena was a very responsive, attentive host and answered all of our questions and inquiries. The location was extremely convenient and we would absolutely stay there again, particularly for a longer trip. Instructions for taking the airport limo bus were flawless, and it's basically across the street from the in-town terminal. Only very positive things to say!

A lot less expensive than a hotel on the road next to a lot of small drawbacks that are noisy with cars

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here so much. It felt immediately like home when we arrived. Everything was so clean and well prepared, like coming to stay at a second home. The hosts were extremely responsive and to our surprise, cleaned the home daily for us. There are two grocery stores less than 3 min walk, so it was very convenient to make light meals. The building is very safe and peaceful. If we visit again, especially for a longer stay, we will definitely book here again!

This was a in great place, great location, right next to the Starfield Shopping Mall. There is a trail nearby, if you are into a hiking or cycling or just serenity walk. This apartment has a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with spacious living room with dining table. Couch or Sofa would have been nice, though! Nevertheless, we enjoyed very much with this apartment.

There were a lot of things to see around while walking from Jeongja Station to the accommodation, so I wasn't bored. When I arrived at the accommodation and opened the door, a fragrant scent greeted me first. I liked the interior landscape that matched the photos, the detailed decorations, and the clean interior, and I was impressed by the effort to prepare and bring it to the door with the answer right away when I asked about the necessary items. There were a lot of things to see, such as walking trails and food, so I felt like I didn't have enough time. I felt so comfortable that I wanted to stay longer when I left the accommodation.

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

It's easy to stay and the surroundings are very good

It's near the subway station, so the location is good. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities. It's well-equipped with toiletries, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, and detergents, so you just need to bring your own clothes for long-term stays.
