Vacation rentals with a patio in Gangnam District

A beautifully furnished apartment that felt warm, inviting, and very comfortable.

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

Great host. I was able to drop my baggage at Kevin’s office before the time of check in. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay close to area with a lot of attractions but with a piece of privacy.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

The place was spacious, comfortable and modernly furnished. Home appliances look new and modern. Location is within short train ride to many tourist places. Owner is very responsive and even bought delicious bread on one of the days. Exterior may look a bit old but the interior is great and completely different and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

I've used Airbnb a lot, but this was the best.. The place was so beautiful that I took so many pictures.. It's really tidy, there are plenty of towels, and there is an air conditioner in each room. It was so nice because all the appliances were the latest, and there was even a Harman Kardon speaker. There were snacks and handwritten letters prepared by the host! The location is close to Ewha Womans University Station, and it's a pity to stay only one day... The host decorated the accommodation with affection. Every single accessory is beautiful.❣️ I thought it would be nice if it was my house. I will definitely revisit this place next time!

The location was clean and close to the river and station. It made for easy transportation and enjoyable walks. Bella was very kind and hospitable. She was very responsive and helpful.

It was awesome to stay in Young Wook's room this time!The room is super beautiful, the decor is textured and cozy, and it makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in.The bed was very comfortable, slept well every night, and it was the most healing time during the trip.The best thing is that Young Wook is very enthusiastic, whether it is prior contact or any problems during the trip, he responds quickly and is happy to help.Overall experience is perfect, I will definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended!

The place was very nice, the location to explore the must-see sights in the seoul was great. I definitely recommend trying this more traditional place to stay when visiting seoul. Communication was quick and helpful.

My family of 4 stayed for 12 days and we had a great time. The location is great, easily walkable to 2 subway stations and there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. It was also close to many of the big attractions via subway. We used Uber some when the kids were tired of walking (they are only 7 & 3 so the long days would wear on them) and we had no trouble getting an uber most of the time. It was nice to have the refrigerator so we were be able to get some groceries and not have to go out to eat every meal. The washing machine was a fantastic amenity to have as we were able to pack less and clean our clothes since the kids tend to get messy. The ambient city noise was nice and never a disturbance to any of us sleeping. The hosts were responsive and helpful, we couldn’t ask for more from them. This is the perfect place to stay with a family.

We had a lovely 3 days staying here in Seoul. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and well decorated. The location was great, with Hongdae being less than 10 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood was also very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Seoul!!
