The recently renovated house is a short walk from the Lungomare and the typical open-air market. The double bedroom has a lovely balcony overlooking the main street, ideal for a glass of wine at the end of a long day of vacation. The kitchen allows you to eat at home comfortably, a pleasant sea breeze enters from the window that opens onto the ronco. All the must-see places in Ortigia are within walking distance, as is Calarossa beach

Cozy studio in Ortigia

Cozy, tastefully furnished studio in the historic center of Ortigia near the Fonte Aretusa and Piazza Duomo, with a beautiful arch and a beautiful ceiling with exposed ancient beams, dating back to 1870. Those who stay only one day, (bite tourism and getaways) may not know that, Syracuse with its beauty, history, countless enchanting places, with its thousand attractions, are definitely worth much more time to devote!

Our apartment has direct access to the beautiful beach of the White Rocks. It consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a veranda. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is suitable for families with small children.
