La casa é appena ristrutturata si trova al primo piano, ha una bellissima terrazza vista mare, con barbecue, cucina attrezzata, microonde, Tv, 2 camere matrimoniali. in cucina si trova il divano letto che potrebbe ospitare una quinta persona( preferibilmente bambino perché potrebbe risultare scomodo)
