The Shires is a fantastic newly refurbished 3 bedroom townhouse on the outskirts of Nuneaton , with a secure garden and off-road parking for up-to 3 vehicles. Situated in a quiet residential area but with all amenities including pubs / restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of minutes of the property and Nuneaton town centre only a 7 minute drive away. The House features a fully equipped kitchen, comfy/living dining room with 50 inch TV and fast wifi It is an outstanding home from home !

Guillaume was very accommodating around arrival time. It was really lovely to be greeted by him for check-in and even share tea. He was a great and welcoming host. The home was very thoughtfully designed and spotlessly clean. It was the perfect stop for me while visiting the area for a festival.

We had lovely little holiday. Carol let us us her kitchen and was a very nice hostess. We arranged a day trip to Warwick castle, which is very worth seeing. We couldn’t stay long enough to visit all the other interesting locations that would all have veen within easy reach. Lots of ubers were available and the railway service is also quite convenient. We would like to come again.
