Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

We just returned from a stay - the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the home and the location. Jennifer and Nico are outstanding hosts and have been extremely helpful in recommendations for restaurants, activities and future stays.

Everything was perfect, great location , kind, helpful , impeccable in everything

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

Staying with Matteo was the perfect choice. The apartment is spacious,clean, andwell-equipped. Matteo was very helpful, responding quickly to our messages. Outside, there is a place and all the equipment for a barbecue and, most importantly, a parking space under the house. Great location. You can visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore,and Como is only 1 hour away. I recommend it with all my heart!

Laura’s apartment was outstanding. It was a great home base for our family during a short visit to Milan. Luca was waiting for us onsite to check us in and show us around the apartment. Very helpful! Very close to everything and having the elevator in the building was a huge benefit. Would not hesitate to book again the next time we visit Milan.

It's worth it !!! The location is spectacular. More modern, quiet neighborhood with good restaurant options and walking distance to the Center. The apartment is old, but completely renovated. The TV is spectacular. The bathroom in the suite is quite large. The apartment is generally quite spacious. And now the most important thing: the Team. I've never seen such good service in so many years of Air BnB. In addition to quick responses, they give tips and solve any problem. Thank you very much

Excellent Airbnb to spend a few days in Como. Very close to the station near the lake. A few blocks from the cathedral. Everything was very beautiful. The apartment is beautiful. The quality of the kitchen items is excellent. Flawless towels and linens. We will be back!

What a great place to stay! Just steps from the base of lake como, easy to catch the ferry or bus to other towns. Alessandro was incredibly helpful with recommendations during our stay as well!

Sergio’s place was well located and made for a brisk 10 minute walk from the train station. The rooms were very clean and had two bathrooms for traveling in groups. Would recommend staying here for your trip to Como.

The place was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Towels and bed linens were provided, which was really convenient. Very close to the metro, making it easy to get around. Everything was great, I’d definitely recommend it!
