A truly stunning house. Quirky, fun with top quality furniture and decorations throughout Marko was an excellent host, very responsive and with great restaurant and location info

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Ho trascorso il Capodanno con i miei amici nell’alloggio di Stefan e siamo rimasti molto colpiti per la bellezza della casa, nuova, pulita, funzionale, dotata di ogni comfort. Le camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno offrono la massima privacy ad ogni ospite mentre il salone open permette di godersi i momenti insieme agli altri ospiti nel relax e nella comodità più totale. Stefan è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile che ci ha messo nelle condizioni ottimali per sentirci a casa. Grazie!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Der Aufenthalt war absolut hervorragend – die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Wir waren jetzt bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft – und wieder absolut begeistert! Es fühlt sich inzwischen fast wie ein zweites Zuhause an. Alles war wie beim ersten Mal perfekt: die herzliche Kommunikation, das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus, die Sauberkeit und die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt so besonders machen. Man merkt einfach, mit wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt hier alles gestaltet wurde. Auch dieses Mal war alles top vorbereitet – frische Bettwäsche, frische Handtücher, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und viele schöne Kleinigkeiten, die uns sofort haben ankommen lassen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber zentral, mit allem, was man braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – und freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! It was modern, very clean and had a warm, welcoming vibe that made it easy to feel right at home. The parking right next to the house is super convenient, and we didn't miss a single thing during our stay—everything was well thought out and provided. Marina, the host, is absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly sweet, helpful, always quick to respond to any questions and even brought us some delicious homegrown produce, which was such a thoughtful touch. We went for 10 days with a group of 9 friends. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

De passage chez Luiza lors d'une traversée de la Croatie, nous avons rencontré une hôte très sympatique qui offre un logement exceptionnel.

Pobyt tutaj był wspaniały! Gospodarz był bardzo gościnny, elastyczne godziny zameldowania, kontakt bardzo dobry a ponadto pozwolono nam zostać do wieczora w obiekcie. W basenie krystalicznie czysta woda, okolica spokojna-wokół bardzo zielono, a to wszystko sprawiło, że wyjazd był wyjątkowo udany. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i z pewnością jeszcze tam wrócimy jadąc na Chorwację!

This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed- the view outside the apt of the Colosseum was amazing. Waking up to that view was a dream! Coffee was stocked, and Samantha even had cookies for us! The beds were comfy, and the apt was just so perfectly decorated. A++++! Great location- there is no better space than this apt in Pula!

Dobre miejsce na krótki wypad do Puli. Czysta kuchnia, łazienka, pokój, taras na którym jest wietrznie I bezproblemowe zameldowanie. 5 minut pieszo do amfiteatru i do morza. Blisko znajduje się też przystanek, z którego mozna dojechać na plażę. Polecam. 😊

L’appartamento si trova appena fuori dal centro di Pula in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, il centro è raggiungibile con una passeggiata a piedi di 20’ circa. La casa è dotata di ogni confort: dal phon, all’asse da stiro, diverse coperte, cucina ben fornita di pentole, piatti e bicchieri. C’è un’ampia zona esterna nella quale poter mangiare e parcheggio incluso. Un’ottima base per poter visitare la zona circostante e riposare tranquillamente. Gli hosts sono stati estremamente precisi con le indicazioni e disponibili in termini di orari e per check-in/check-out. Consigliamo l’alloggio!

모든 것이 잘 갖추어진 편안한 숙소였습니다. 무선 청소기가 있어서 필요할때 마다 바로바로 청소가 가능했습니다. 위치는 관광지에서 조금 떨어져있었지만 차로 10~20분 안에 모두 이동이 가능했습니다. 집 주변에 대형마트가 두곳이나 있어 지내는 동안 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, einfach zu finden und Ksenija ist eine sehr proaktive Gastgeberin.

I had a wonderful stay at Jasna's place! The accommodation was incredibly clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. Ich war das erste Mal in Kroatien von der Wohnung aus hat man den Strand in 3 min Fußweg erreicht. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum besonders die Terrasse. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder🥰 danke für alles

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
