The home was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything needed, especially in the fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking so easy and convenient. The overall setup of the house was thoughtful and cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. On top of that, the scenery from the house was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect backdrop for a getaway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped stay. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. However, while it’s something beyond the owner’s control, it was covered with aquatic plants—I just wish that wasn’t the case. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. Amiable hosts, Rangit and Kusal are very supportive in all manners. Pros - 1. Private and calm neighbors 2. Security officers are around the corner in night (We parked two of our cars away from the home, nothing to complain) 3. Clean and comfy bedrooms (Owners asked us to change bed linen after 7 days, got fresh ones) 4. All listed amnesties were there Cons - 1. Bathrooms need some renovations (Water drains are not working 100%) 2. Water pressure can improve 3. Can add more kitchen utensils (pots an pans and knife....)

This gem is located in the bustling city of Colombo but nestled at the end of a Cul-de-sac and enshrouded in a jungle forest making it seem like you're hidden well away from the noise. The hosts were both friendly and helpful in giving info and travel tips and although they reside on the property, the sense of privacy was such that we felt we had the entire place to ourselves. While the price was a little higher than some places, this was one of the best locations we've stayed at, so much so, that we booked two more days at the end of our travels. I would highly recommend this location and will stay here again when we return to Sri Lanka.
