Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Gaira

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Palanque. We were two families and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location near the center of town was so convenient for dinners out. Francia cooked breakfast for us each morning. Luis went above and beyond to answer all our questions and point us in the right direction to plan tours, transportation, laundry, and Francia. We would definitely recommend staying at this house in Santa Marta!

We loved staying with Mrs. Sandra, everything was as described and more, I loved that the kitchen was very complete and everything else was super clean and tidy. Mrs. Sandra is always very helpful and kind.

A house to completely disconnect, there is no cell phone signal and the Internet had faults but they fixed it quickly. The people who cook and take care of the house make the stay a unique experience. It has a private beach and the house is very nice. Check-in and check-out weren't easy, but they have someone who picks you up and takes you without any problems, so everything was spectacular! My friends and I would come back a thousand times!

Use Google maps and it takes you to the house or have May recommend a taxi. Easy to find, but Rappi and taxi drivers need your assistance to get there. AC in the rooms worked perfect, I felt very safe and the locals were nice.

It is a spacious house, ideal for large groups, to get to the house there are quite a few stairs but in general no problem. It is approximately 15 minutes (walking) from the nearest beach in colorful wells, a nice and quiet beach. The shops are far away walking, better if they have a car or take transportation. Mrs. Patricia is very kind and don Pablo always responds to any situation or concerns. We would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great for families and large group of friends. Dinner outside under the lights was magically and enjoyed the breeze from the rooftop pool. The music from the clubs does get a bit loud at night so we just joined them instead 💃🏽 Alana, is an angel and was so helpful throughout our stay. Helping with breakfast and anything we needed throughout the week. Highly recommend staying here. Super close to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything ready for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it provides a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the highway, even so you can walk to this beach or to Gaira. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a cooler, which made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

Excellent service, apartment and very comfortable and clean facilities. My family is delighted.

Wonderful place, comfortable, it is well equipped with kitchen stuff to cook. It is well located as well, very close to a quiet beach, the building is beautiful with a big swimming pool. Pets alowed which is nice. Thanks to Lina and Gustavo for their place!!

I loved the place, it's very nice, everything you need to have a good time in Santa Marta, it's central to everything, and has air conditioning.

The place is very nice. Elegant and peaceful. It's perfect for people that just want to get away trip. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Mauricio was very responsive. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location, close to the beach of El Rodadero, the place is in good condition. It has stairs in the apartment, so you have to be careful with children. We were 6 adults and 2 children, each couple in a room. However, there are 3 bedrooms, but more beds for greater accommodation. The agents are very friendly and respectful. I'd go back.

An excellent place to rest, an apartment with all the amenities, just as seen in the photos. I would definitely stay there again. Andrea was very attentive to our needs.

Very nice apartment and well furnished. Good location and above all with a 1A social areas, large, spacious and well maintained. The security of the complex is excellent, there are always guards in all the transit areas and people ready to help with any information. The system for using the communal amenities is ideal with a reservation, there is order and clarity with the rules of coexistence and use of the shared areas. It has private parking, in case you bring a car, and a nice touch is that at the reception you always have wine and water for the guests, and also in our particular case, we had to use the coworking area for a work issue during those days and it was very appropriate and comfortable. If you like to watch the sunset, you have a spectacular view from the balcony to watch the sea in all its splendor.

A great, easy, clean, nice place with incredible views and amazing amenities. There is an easy place across the street for food and the cutest pizza/wine spot a few blocks away. Walkable to Rodadero and a short car ride to Santa Marta- just far enough away to be peaceful. Super easy to get a taxi/uber in a moment’s notice. The building staff is super nice and helpful. The AC is cold and WiFi works well- plan for super hot days to spend your time at the beach, an excursion or in Santa Marta, if you’re working, as electricity is diverted to the main city until 4pm (WiFi/Cell data doesn’t work- cell calls still do). I highly recommend going to the end of Rodadero beach then catching a cheap water taxi to Playa Blanca for the day- bring cash. Will definitely stay again!

Carlos is an excellent host, the apartment is beautiful, the complex too, the luxury facilities with all its pools, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzis, you had to make an appointment to get in (except for the pool), which made it orderly and the services were not crowded, the only inconvenience was at the time of booking we were 4 but it was for 1 person, and one day before arrival an additional charge was made for 2 people, this was not stipulated in its public policies, Airbnb helped us with a bonus but we still had to make the payment of almost 1 million additional. There is no porter service within the complex, leaving luggage in Santa Marta is not so easy.

Excellent accommodation! It is just as you can see in the photos, visually it is beautiful. Everything is very clean and well equipped.

I really liked the apartment. It's a very nice place. The host, Yamil, was very kind and attentive to our needs. I'll be back.
