If you are someone who loves to be in nature this place is for you. The house is surrounded by trees, touched by river & its blissful sound all day long. The hosts are amazing. They sent someone to pick us up, so finding property was super easy. As soon as we reached Mr. Rajput welcomed us with a big smile & roses. He briefed us about the property. Sitting by the river was the most blissful part of our stay. Rooms are clean & have everything you need during the stay. Rooms have view of the river. The food was homemade, Organic & Delicious. Hosts made us feel at home. I recommend booking this stay, 100% you wont regret :)

Extremely homely place. Super responsive host and was present in person to meet and expalin all the details. We reached late eveing and he had arranged home cooked delicious local food as desired for the dinner as well as in person delivered the same for night and morning breakfast. Well maitained property. Amey was very open to suggestions and personally asked for views. He captured smallest of details on things we suggested and made then available. Ihad my pet with me and he and ensured basic things like food bowls etc were availabe at the property for the pet. I would love to visit Amey's place again and would strongly recommned the property for people who would like to live at a place to experience home away from home in true sense.

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

It was an amazing experience to stay at Ayush’s place. He along with his co host made our stay peaceful and enjoyable. We felt right at home when we entered into the house. We had a great stay -the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and with an amazing view from the balcony. Advait as a host was very responsive and friendly, giving us great tips on what to do and good places to eat. His father kindly lent us some birding books - we were able to do birdwatching from the balcony and even saw an Asian Paradise Flycatcher early in the morning. We would definitely recommend this place, thank you Advait!

Deepti has a lovely home with all necessary amenities. Ideal for solo as well as groups stay. She is friendly and apt with communication and coordination. Once can easily find an auto to visit nearby famous spots & restaurants. Value for money and lovely experience. I highly recommend.
