The apartment has a size of about 80 m². It is equipped with everything you could ever need - coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The beds are already made when you arrive. Hand towels and dish towels are available. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are in the right place with us in Echsheim. Covered parking is right in front of the house. Cities such as Donauwörth, Augsburg or Ingolstadt can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Munich is also just an hour away.

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking lot. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 sqm) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, you can use the large garden. By bus and train (trips from 7 am to 10 pm) you can reach Munich main station in about 60 minutes. The bus runs every hour on weekdays, on weekend and holidays only every two hours to Hilgertshausen.

The apartment is just steps away from the S2 train station, so it is super convenient to explore Munich and the surrounding area without a car. The apartment is bright, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
