We had a very nice time there and can recommend the place.

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A beautiful garden with so many loving details makes the stay really special. A very friendly loving welcome, almost a piece to visit friends.... Traditional and authentically furnished but everything is provided for. Everywhere butterflies, fruit trees, rosemary and lavender around the great pool. Very well maintained. We felt very comfortable.

A really beautiful property, with a lot of attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-maintained pool, a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. The different terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole singing and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, biking, swimming, chilling... it is 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! I'm sure we'll be back to your paradise.

Our vacation in this accommodation was fantastic, the homeowners were always kind, helpful and ready to run for anything you need. Spacious and tidy house equipped with everything you need and more!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Barbara was a wonderful host, always very helpful and gave us great tips. There were also delicious things from her own garden for us to taste. The location was fantastically quiet, the garden wonderfully maintained and the pool magnificent! Thanks for a special vacation!! ☺️

Although we were not able to communicate directly with the host, his family took excellent care of us. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, very big, nicely decorated, with everything you could need. I give my highest recommendations!

The stay was very nice all around. The hosts were very nice, we were welcomed with a schnapps to welcome us. In addition, the host brought us very delicious cakes. The area is very quiet and beautiful. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and would be happy to recommend it.

The house was just as beautiful as in the pictures! Everything was perfect and we felt completely at home. Communication with Miro was friendly and quick, and we got some great tips about the local area. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

We have spent 9 days at the Lavanda House and it was a fantastic experience. The house is so well decorated in every single detail that you feel at home (actually the owner used it for herself before, and you can feel it). Nice small garden (figs and olives trees) to enjoy the sun, covered terrace with wooden table for the breakfast and a gorgeous terrace on 1st floor for the master bedroom. The location is also very nice: 5 min (really!) by foot, just crossing the road and then going down the stairs directly on the beach. During our stay we visited Krk, Vrbnik and Pivitce lakes (2h30 drive but it’s worth the journey). And it’s a heaven for SUP lovers. Only attention point is that the owner has her own holiday house just next to Lavanda house (quite visible on Google maps) which means that the two outside spaces have direct view on their own garden, with only partial fence. It limits a bit the privacy but they are very discreet so it did not bother us at all. I recommend!

We felt very welcome. Landlords are very hospitable, child-friendly and animal-loving. We had absolutely no problems (although my English is not the best) with communication. We will be happy to come back.

Karlo's house matches the description provided, it's a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor space is well equipped, great for relaxing after a day at sea. The porch offers the possibility of alfresco dining in comfort even with the possibility of a large barbecue. The interiors are well arranged and upstairs there is the must-have (in summer) air conditioning. Tomislav and Dominique, who welcomed us, were very welcoming and helpful.

We liked the house very much and it corresponded exactly to the description. The location was particularly great (remote and yet you can quickly get to the city center and the sea) and of course the hot tub and sauna. A baby cot and a high chair were provided for our baby and a safety gate was also installed on the stairs and a baby swing was also available, which was really great. We'll be back :)

We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

We spent ten wonderful days as a family in Jasmina's house. It is located in an extraordinarily beautiful location in the middle of the island, surrounded by a beautiful garden with leafy pergola, various outdoor seating, a cozy barbecue area as well as a really large and clean pool, which was greatly appreciated by the whole family. The garden and pool are really an absolute highlight. The house was sparkling clean inside and above-average well-equipped: in fact, we had to get almost nothing new: coffee powder, toilet paper, towels, lighter, scissors, charcoal... everything was available. The reception was crowned with plenty of fruit and vegetables as well as a large snack platter and fresh bread, so that after the long car journey we only had to sit down and start the holiday directly. Many beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the sea was full of colorful fish. Great!!!
