The place is elegantly decorated and spacious. it is very convenient for 4 people. Orvieto is such a charming place. Very nice to walk around. It has lots of restaurants and stores around. Emmanuela's place is about 3 mins pleasant walk to the main square where the restaurants and shops are. It is at a peaceful location of the town. The facade of the Duomo is so beautiful. i do not recommend though to buy the 8€ ticket to enter Duomo, museum and cathedral underground. Very disappointing. I think it is not appropriate for the museum to house sensual statues and sketches, esp not related to Christianity. You can see the inside of the Duomo by entering the side door, which goes to the side chapel. The St. Patrick's Well is not for the faint hearted and people with mobility and heart issue as it is very hard to go up the well. I also do not find it is worth the €8. But it is quite pleasant to walk around the medieval town. It is worth the walk.

Leonardo's place, Villa Celeste, was AMAZING!!! He helped check us in and gave us a tour of the entire space we would have. Leonardo speaks beautiful English which made everything flow smoothly. The villa is just as pictured and described...but even better in person. You are in the beautiful countryside of Umbria and you have SPECTACULAR view up to the city of Orvieto...truly magical. Leonardo made many suggestions on restaurants and other places to visit in the area. The entire villa was extremely clean and included a parking space on the property. Leonardo was VERY quick to respond to any questions we had and even made us a reservation at a local restaurant that he recommended that wasn't so "touristy." The toiletries provided were lovely and were enhanced with olive oil. I loved the shutters on the windows and how easy it was to let natural light and air into the space. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leonardo's place, and truly hope to return someday again. Thank you!

If you are looking to spend a few days exploring Orvieto, this is the perfect location! It is within easy walking distance to everything - restaurants, shops & the attractions. Highly recommend parking down below at the train station & taking the funicular up. You can take a shuttle from the funicular to the duomo for a small fee & walk from there. We thoroughly enjoyed this visit & location.

Sabrina was the perfect host. Her home was wonderful and comfortable. Exactly as described. The location and views of the surrounding hills was spectacular. Amazing sunset! Her recommendation for us to eat at Al Pozzo Etrusco Ristorante was spot on. We used her name and the restaurant made us a reservation to eat. We used her recommendations on where to visit in Orvieto. Thank you Rosetta for such a memorable stay! Will stay here again if we come back to Orvieto!

This is a gem! Mirko’s apartment is spacious and has everything you need on a visit to Orvieto, including a suburb location just steps from the Duomo. We appreciate being able to stay here, and all the extras (drinks, snacks, bathroom supplies) that were generous and lovely. We loved meeting Mirko and his partner at check-in as well - it felt like we were really valued and welcome. Thank you for sharing your amazing space with us!

We stayed seven nights in the accommodation and felt comfortable. Communication was very good and Maurizio helpful and the reception warm (including cake). The house and surroundings are very nice, you have a great view of the countryside and can take small hikes from the house. On the terrace there are seating areas, in the sun and in the shade of trees. Supermarkets and Orvieto are quickly accessible by car. Excursions to Bolsena and Civitia di Bagnoregio, which can be reached within half an hour's drive, are recommended. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool because the weather was still too cool. We highly recommend this property.

A friendly and helpful host who made us feel truly welcomed. The apartment is cozy, perfectly located, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It really felt like a home away from home.

We very much enjoued our stay at Chiara's place and Orvieto. Very easy to walk to restaurants and sights. Beautiful location and comfortable.
