Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, il che rende facile raggiungere ogni punto della città. Perfetta sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per piacere. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, e la stanza era accogliente e ben ordinata, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ideal gelegen, wenn man Skifahren möchte. Der Skibus ist direkt an der Straße vor dem Haus. Es gibt einen Skikeller mit abschließbaren Boxen für die Ski und Skischuhe. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles Nötige vorhanden, um sich zu Versorgen. Wir waren bereits mehrfach da und kommen gerne wieder.

Great place to stay, I will book again without a doubt. Very close to the Bahnhof and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The views from the apartment are amazing and the place feels like home. Host is a nice person.

Emplacement de l'appartement excellent. Le Métro est très proche. La rue voisine est très commerçante. De plus la rue est très calme. Le stationnement face à l'appartement n'est pas toujours très facile car les nombreuses places de parking sont souvent occupées mais c'est gratuit. Le centre ville est proche. Ville très vivante et jolie. Beaucoup de visites

Das erste mal auf fahren läst einem fast das Herz stehen. Kurvige enge Bergstraße mit traumhafter Aussicht. An das fahren gewöhnt man sich schnell. Zur herzlichen Begrüsung gehörte auch noch eine super leckere Flasche eigenen Apfelsaft im Kühlschrank.... Die Wohnung ligt unter der Wohnung der Besitzer.... und Absprachen haben jederzeit schnell und einfach funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafräume und ist mehr als ausreichend für eine Familie mit einem oder zwei Kindern. Innenliegendes Badezimmer mit Wanne ist ebenfalls großzügig. Nur muss man nach dem Duschen oder Baden das Licht noch einige Zeit anlassen damit der Abzug die Feuchtigkeit weg bekommt. Küche hat alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht.... Sogar eine Spülmaschine!! (Mikrowelle gibt es nicht.... aber braucht man das? Wir haben sie nicht vermisst.) Im Haus wird gelebt, Nachts hört man maximal die Dorfkatzen oder das plätschern des Regens und das grollen des Donners. Auch Touren können direkt am Haus starten.

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

We spent 5 days at Gabriele's flat and we felt like home. There is everything that you need and she is really nice host, helping us during all the time. Thank you very much!

Aufenthalt war super, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Haben und direkt wohlgefühlt. Zurecht volle fünf Sterne verdient!

Vlad is a great host, and the place is neat and tidy, on a walking distance from the bus stop for the aki buses. We are deeply thankful for the chats we had with Vlad and for his hospitality. We missed the chance to grab a beer or two together, we will do it next time!

Tolle Wohnung mit Ausblick und sehr freundliche Familie

Andreas war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und super für Wanderungen am Staffelsee. Gerne wieder!

Great location for walking to the Octoberfest area and all the interesting sites. Especially convenient on the first day of Octoberfest where public transportation and the streets were clogged with visitors and locals to celebrate the Octoberfest start and parade. The apartment is conveniently located to a couple of grocery stores, cafe's, the S-Bahn and most importantly the Lowenbrau Biergarten. Ben was extremely responsive to answer questions and proactive to assure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Liebe Daniela, 4 Tage waren wir bei dir und es hat uns so super gefallen das wir auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft war einfach ein Traum,sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, super sauber und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Das Bett super bequem und die Aussicht auf die Berge im Pool einfach ausgezeichnet. Der Kaffee hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Wir würden immer wieder einen Aufenthalt bei euch machen, es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Sehr lecker auch euer selbstgemachter Honig und der leckere Schnaps. Vielen Dank für alles und das wir da sein durften und vier wunderschöne Tage verbracht haben. excellent logement. le.logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée et l'hôte habite au dessus. Très discret, réactif et très sympa. le logement est top, tout est compris on se sent comme a la maison. le grand terrain en herbe, le jaccuzzi et la piscine sont vraiment très appréciable en toute saison. le logement est à proximité de voiture de Lindau centre et très proche de toutes les attractions de la région. en conclusion ce logement était parfait pour un week-end prolongé en toute détente !

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Christine & Sepp sehr genossen. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Hot Tub in entspannender, ruhiger Lage. Für die Kinder war die Zeit mit den Tieren zudem besonders schön. Vielen Dank für Eure herzliches Willkommen, wir sehen uns wieder.

Great location in the center of Augsburg with a fantastic view. Very clean apartment with everything that we needed. Much appreciated that you could buy a selection of drinks directly from the host. Generous and accommodating host who answered swiftly to all our questions. Would love to stay there again.

Vous arrivez au logement grâce aux indication donnés et vous êtes chez vous ! Très bien équipé, des produits locaux, tout pour vous faire un repas. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, c'est présent dans le logement, que cela soit de l'alimentation, des serviettes ou peignoirs, des loisirs, des informations touristiques, des pansements , du bois pour vous chauffer. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont très agréables après une journée de randonnée. Le seul point négatif est la chambre et son accessibilité. Une échelle de meunier vous donne accès à une chambre mansardée très basse. Vous êtes obligé de vous courber pour accéder au lit. Cela ne convient pas aux personnes âgées avec des problèmes de genoux. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!
