The Biwako Canal, built in the Meiji era, is an important industrial heritage that gave Kyoto a new lease of life and development of modern industry, and is still in use today. The interior of this facility was designed to be a modern Japanese space where you can feel the flow of water through colors and patterns, based on the concept of the Biwako Canal. In addition, the hallways on each floor are designed to resemble the carpet pattern of the Ebisu Lake weir, which played an important role. We have also incorporated tatami space into many of our rooms, and all rooms feature Simmons beds. After strolling through the Okazaki area, relax in your room.
