Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fushimi Ward

Thank you to this traditional old house for making our trip a pleasant experience and for the patience of the host.We are very satisfied with this trip, the construction of the homestay is very good, and the location is convenient!

We had a fantastic stay in Kyoto as a family of four. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the train station and 7-11, which made getting around and grabbing essentials super easy. The house itself had so much space, with separate upstairs and downstairs areas, and the deep spa bath was a real treat after long days exploring. The tech throughout the house was impressive and made everything really convenient. Most of all, our host was absolutely lovely—going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Icy's traditional Japanese house. The location is excellent, quiet but well connected to all major transport within walking distance. The house is quite spacious - we had lots of room for the 4 of us. Everything was super-well equipped, including even washing machine detergent, bathroom amenities and really everything. Overall super pleasant stay in a traditional setting and even a fish pond which they kids loved. One watchout (as with any other Japanese place I think) are the steep staircases - we had no issue with them, but could be an issue for older travelers or very young kids.

A beautiful, authentic Japanese home. This was such a cool experience to stay in a house like this while in Japan. Beautiful garden, and a very large shower room, it felt like a spa! The host let us drop our luggage off before check in which was super helpful. Only minor inconvenience is that the main bedroom did not fully cool down, so it stayed warm in there. Overall, completely recommend and if we come back to Kyoto we will stay again!

Great location! Nishiki market was a 2 minute walk. Family mart was just around the corner. Everything was close and convenient. We love the free refreshments and some nice gifts when we arrived. We love it so much we’re already planning my next trip. LOL

The house offers an authentic experience of a traditional Japanese home. Spacious, has spaces for guest room, living room, kitchen, bedroom, storage, dressing and a cute little backyard. Loved the bathroom amenities and enjoyed the bathing tub. The hosts were very kind and waited for us to arrive. They welcomed us in and walked us through all the amenities and operations in the house. They also showed us bus routes to all the popular Kyoto spots laid out on a map. They even provided a bike for our grocery runs etc. Everything we ended up needing was in the house, like umbrellas, full-length mirror, extra stools, washer-dryer. The backyard is smoking-friendly. Overall, very happy that we decided to stay at this property.

I can’t say enough great things about Uzu’s place. It was so clean and comfortable. When we checked in she was very thorough about the house and also about the surrounding areas and places to go. She had a great hand drawn map of the area that we actually used a lot! The traditional beds we chose to sleep in were very comfortable. Everything in the house is labeled which makes it very easy to find things. Uzu went out of her way to show us local restaurants and spots to try. She is a very friendly host that cares about making her guests stays very enjoyable! One thing we found was that it was a bit out of the way of central Kyoto. However, if you want to experience a quiet traditional neighborhood this is the spot! It’s about a 10 min walk to the closest train station or bus stop. Our group of 3 couples loved staying at Patrick and Akiko's house. It was an excellent combination of traditional Japanese with modern amenities. We especially appreciated the separate living area with couches where we could sit, hang out and discuss our adventures from the day. The hosts also provided some tea for people to enjoy. The hosts shared places to visit and local restaurants, which was very thoughtful. The laundry was a little confusing, but we eventually figured it out. The house is very conveniently located near a train station, allowing us to go out on day trips to Himeji castle, Kobe and Osaka. 2 of the rooms have Western-style raised beds, and the 3rd room had Japanese futon matresses. Umbrellas were also provided for use during our stay. Patrick and Akiko clearly put a lot of thought into their guests. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay. Very clean and spacious. Great walkable location for us. Would 100% recommend. The host gave us lots of local recommendations and we even managed to catch a local festival because of it.

Lovely stay in Ieno house. Really beautiful and homely and the outdoor tub/ onsen was lovely. Area wise it’s nice and quiet with cafes as you walk around. Theres a bus stop about 7minutes walk and a subway maybe 8 minutes walk so it’s nicely connected. The bedding was comfortable as well. We found lots of plant based breakfast places around the area too. Honestly love Kyoto and this place as a base was a perfect balance for us.

We stayed at Takeshi’s place for 6 days during our first visit to Kyoto and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was lovely and very clean, had a great kitchen, and we really enjoyed the outdoor garden and shower/bath. Takeshi was a very kind and responsive host and sent a great list of recommendations for the area. The neighborhood was quiet but close to transportation. The stairs are steep so keep that in mind if you have small children, but for 4 adults it was no issue at all. I highly recommend staying here during a visit to Kyoto!

charming little place in Kyoto. The host really went above and beyond in ensuring that we had everything we needed. If you are tall, your may need to watch your head in a few places, however!

Great place, plenty of room for sleeping and bathrooms. Great location, easy to get on the LUUP bikes and ride around.

Very convenient location in the Arashiyama neighborhood. Only a 6 minute walk to shops, the bamboo forest, or the larger neighborhood train station. There is a smaller train track right behind the house, and we were worried about noise, but it turns out those trains don't run at night. Very responsive owners/ management- it was a great stay.

Zhang was super friendly and helpful. The house is at the beautiful and quiet place, which helped us experience local lifestyle.

The host was so kind and so thoughtful and very accommodating. The home was beyond beautiful. It was a perfect place to stay and enjoy your vacation.

We used it for offsite Mtg of the company. It's a very private space. A team of 6 people can have a Mtg in the room. We also had a warm and welcoming stay outside at the BBQ. They came to pick us up at the meeting point. He was kind enough to guide and guide the accommodation, and carefully taught how to use it. I think we had a really great time staying here.Thank you!!!

Anyway, it's fully equipped. Everything is sparkling clean. It is good because it has a high fence as a private space. I'll use it again.

🏠The house looks exactly like the photos. I stayed here with 6 people, and everything was perfect not crowded at all. The facilities and appliances were clean, as if the house had just been renovated and opened for guests. 📍Great location, close to Tengachaya Station. It’s just a short walk not tiring at all. There are convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby. Next to Tengachaya Station, there’s a small shopping mall called Qanat Mall, where you can find fresh food, groceries, ready-to-eat meals, all at affordable prices. It’s very convenient to stop by there before heading to the house. 👨🏼‍💻The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Very flexible with check-in. Since I arrived early at 12:00 PM, I asked to leave my luggage before check-in time. The house was already ready, so the host kindly allowed me to check in early. Excellent service!
