"The blue nest" Solbakken Microhouse

Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Great cabin on Varaldsøy overlooking Hardangerfjorden and Folgefonna glacier. The cabin has a sauna, and a large and sunny terrace. Registered fishing company for tourist fishing. Possibility of renting a boat for fishing, about 300 meters to the berth. One of two identical cabins for rent. There are great beaches on the island, and many nice mountain hikes you can go on. The cabin has three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with a family bed and a bunk bed. Bed linen and towels can be rented if desired. You can drive to the door.

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old croft that is now used as a holiday home. The cabin is located undisturbed by Sævareidsfjorden with road all the way up. Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

The cabin is located about 1.5 hours from Trolltunga, about 1 hour to Folgefonn ski center or a small ferry ride across Hardangerfjorden to Rosendal where you can visit the Barony or take a trip to the top of the mountain Melderskin. Quiet and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city center. There is a shop-restaurant/pub and a great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically located close to the lake. Canoe can be borrowed and the fishing opportunities are good. The boat in the pictures can be used. We also have some bikes that can be borrowed. Excellent for anyone who wants a holiday in quiet surroundings. All cleaning is taken care of by the host
