The apartment faces southeast and you can have breakfast in the morning sun. It has everything you need for cooking and when the moon rises you can light a small fire in the garden. In the Mecklenburg Lake District, there are an incredible number of great lakes and you can go cycling & hiking. Blankensee/Meckl. even has a train station.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Short getaway & bicycle accommodation

Very easy to get to from the train station in Fürstenberg – centrally located in the old town. Everything is close by... the Havel, the swimming spots, the shopping options, the hiking... Ideal for a short getaway or as an overnight stay during your canoe or bike tour. You can also enjoy breakfast in the courtyard. Important: You enter the loft via the inner courtyard. Stairs is steep. Toilet and hot water, yes – but no real shower available.

The apartment is on the ground floor and offers enough space for up to 4 people on about 66 m². It includes two bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower room, a bathtub and a terrace with lake views. The cozy attic apartment is located in the former haystack of the expanded listed stable building on the outskirts of Groß Fredenwalde. From the spacious terrace, you have a unique view of the vastly charming Uckermarking hilly landscape. From this box court you can see the spectacle of the dancing cranes and grazing deer.

In a former field stone barn, about 5 km from Templin, in a nature reserve. The separate house is surrounded by game reserves, meadows, forests and lakes. Wonderful walks, canoe tours, bike tours and rollerblade tours are possible from here. Fireplace on cold winter evenings. There is never boredom here.
