Vacation rentals with beach access in Funtana

Rosi’s apartment was an absolute dream! We arrived later in the evening and Rosi made sure to check in with us and even left a local Croatian alcohol for us in the fridge to cap off our first night in Rovinj! The apartment was impeccably decorated and we immediately felt at home in the cozy bed and chairs in the living room overlooking the sea. It was the perfect base to explore all the Rovinj had to offer in terms of amazing restaurants, bars, and we took advantage of swimming in the cove and enjoying sunset on the rocks. We had the most relaxing and fun vacation exploring Rovinj’s streets and loved listening to the live musicians in the square at night while eating gelato! We already can’t wait to come back!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Poreč! The place was super clean and in a great location—really close to the old town, beaches, and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. It was awesome having bikes to use, which made exploring the area so easy and fun. The host was super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at René's was really nice! There was everything you need. You could also reach everything easily on foot (supermarket, center, restaurants, beach...) We liked to end the evening with the hot tub. Recommended! 👍🏽

The perfect home base for a few days in Rovinj. As advertised, it is nestled in the pedestrian-only section of the old city, so it’s a bit of trek from free parking options, but we made it work. Take the slightly longer but much flatter route along the sea if you have large roller bags rather than over the plateau in the middle of the city. If you just have backpacks, don’t worry about it and book this place immediately. Otherwise, be prepared to carry large bags up two flights of stairs. We did, and have no regrets. We also walked about twenty minutes each way to access our car to visit other locations. When we arrived back, we had no trouble parking again. Easy check in with lockbox. Great directions to the place. Super clean and plenty of space for an urban European apartment. Trash disposal is a short walk away. No ridiculous checkout procedures. Mirta was responsive to any questions. Highly recommend for your trip to Rovinj and surrounding areas.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking, and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area to reach the sea with a few minutes' walk. A convenience store, a bakery, and a restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

Perfect location to finish holidays in Croatia with an apartment super-close to one of the beautiful beach areas around Rovinj. Walking to and from the old town takes 30 minutes, which is also good to get some air and move, especially after dinner.

Vsar is a great find. It has the the old town beauty of Rovinj streets without all the tourists! Lovely little cafes and a vibrant village square above a nice selection of accessible beaches (10 minute walk downhill) and beachside restaurants. We were not camping, but Vsar is also a great beach camping location for all ages. Gert's home is artfully/beautifully decorated with a feeling of a lovely home. Cool on hot days, warm on cold days, and has a top floor terrace with beautiful seaside sunsets and views! It is very well equipped with everything you need. This is a great place to stay in this wonderful seaside town. Parking is satisfactory, and convenience stores are close. We were just a couple alone, but this house can easily accomodate a family, or 2-3 couples. Take note - it is multi level, in the historic way - there are many narrow stairs inside- be careful about that! But all in all this is a great place, a great place where we felt at home for 11 days. Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

Cristian was exceptionally helpful from meeting us at the port & escorting us to our house to organising transport upon leaving. He provided great local advice also. The house is beautiful, easily accessible and in the heart of the old town. Rovinj is stunning & we can’t wait to return. No recommendation is too high. Jack.

great place and super friendly host

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

It is newly refurbished, spotless, with all the necessary amenities, and just about the right size for a couple. The place is very easy to find, and there is a beautiful view just a few steps from the main door. There are lots of fantastic restaurants, a market with fresh produce, and lots of other interesting places within walking distance. Dezi was super helpful and very friendly. Great for a relaxing vacation, if you are planning to work, there is a high table with bar chairs which might not be ideal for long work sessions, and the WIFI connection is poor, so have a reliable connection with you. Wonderful place and host, highly recommend!

The apartment was very modern. It was very well equipped, the dishwasher was nice. Our dog loved the outdoor trails.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s BnB with our one-year-old. The apartment has a bright, airy, and loft-like feel, and it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. Its location is ideal — just a short walk from the Max City shopping centre for anything you might need, yet the neighborhood remains peaceful and residential. The nearby beach is stunning and never felt crowded. Most importantly, Sara is an exceptional host — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. We truly felt taken care of!
