Villa Sumagre is located in Quinta de Peleiros, a charming house with more than 100 years of existence, which was abandoned and was recently renovated and transformed into a luxury accommodation with amenities that you will not find anywhere else and that make the experience unforgettable, unique and with a desire to repeat. Based on the history associated with the fur business of the first owners of the house, 4 Villas were created whose names were inspired by themes related to the art of fur tanning.

It is a building of the 19st Century but the apartment was fully renovated retaining its original character and with contemporary and urban decor. A fully restored 1947 house, located in the center of the village of Chãos, where you will find a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Access to it is through a lock code made available on the day of check-in. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast. There is a balcony with a barbecue area for grilling, and you can also take walks or bike rides from the accommodation, nearby. Relax with the magnificent view of Serra da Gardunha and Serra da Estrela, on the terrace available.
