Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Funchal

We recently spent a week in a beautiful house in Madeira, and it was fantastic. The house was stunning, very big and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. As you need a car to stay in steep hills, there was excellent parking space inside the property, making it easy to dial the car. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, this house provided a wonderful base for exploring Madeira, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

Had a very nice stay here, beautiful house and view. Lovely private yard/garden. Easy check-in instructions and parking, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The only comment is that this did not actually reserve the entire guest house as is described, it was "only" the bottom floor. This was fine for me, but as it's an old house, you could quite clearly hear the guests on the upper floor - this wasn't a problem as they weren't exceptionally loud, but just want to mention that it was shared. Thanks for the nice stay!! 😊

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist meistens voll, man kann aber auch gleich nebenan auf der Straße zum Hafen parken.

It was a very nice and calm check in, he showed us everthing including flyers and information about the region and even tho he lived in the same house we barely noticed it, so 5 stars in every way and Recommendation to stay at this place while exploring madeira !!!!

We voelde ons direct thuis in dit geweldige gebouw en mooie appartement. Om de hoek van alle geweldige winkels en restaurants. Gelegen in een rustig straatje. Het was een heerlijk appartement. Niets meer te wensen

Tolle Lage mit ganz kurzen Wegen in die Altstadt, zum Hafen und zur Gondel. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung b ei der Zimmerübergabe und immer gute und herzliche Kommunikation. Danke Erica ;-)

The location of this apartment was great! Lots of good food around, and just a couple minutes to walk to the beach. We really loved the part of town where this is. Everything was clean and nicely set up. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the building. The bed was comfortable, check in was easy and with super high ceilings it felt very spacious. She gave us advice about where to park for free. It was about .25 mile away, and the weekend had free parking even closer. Apple Maps and google maps were both slightly wrong when routing us- but we ended up asking around and routing to a restaurant right next door to find it.

Lovely accommodation for our two day stay in Funchal. Everything was just perfect for us including the location. The hosts were very accommodating with giving us a late check out which was super kind. Recommendations for bars and restaurants were great. If like us you have been walking in Madeira, we recommend the spa at the hotel a couple of doors up the road which does a great sports massage. Included in the price is use of the spa afterwards. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement is netjes en heel schoon en je voelt je er meteen thuis. De locatie is perfect. Op loopafstand van leuke restaurant, de haven, winkels en een parkeergarage. Het contact met de hosts was fijn en snel. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug. Bedankt!

O apartamento de Caniço estava em excelentes condições e com as comodidades necessárias. A localização também era ótima, porque as redondezas eram calmas e fica a 15 minutos de carro do Funchal e outras atrações. Aconselho vivamente!

Maria hat uns im Vorfeld schon vielen Informationen geliefert und auch die Beschreibung wie man zu dem Appartement gelangt war sehr detailliert beschrieben und mit Bildern unterstützt. Das Appartement war ausreichend für 2 Personen und die Lage war für uns perfekt. Man hat direkt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe und auch einige Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die Parkplätze die zu dem Gebäude gehören, auch wenn es am Anfang sehr schwierig für uns war die Schranke zu öffnen. Nach einigen Ein- und Ausfahrten wurde es immer einfacher und man hat Routine gefunden. Wir würden definitiv nochmal dieses Appartement anfragen, wenn wir nach Madeira reisen!

We stayed at this apartment for 1 week a few years ago. This time we stayed for 80 days. This apartment was ideal for our stay. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was great. I appreciated having the apartment cleaned every week. I also appreciated all the goodies Ana left for us upon our arrival. We could easily walk to Funchal. We also took the Aerobus to the airport, the bus stops right in front of the building. Great apartment, we enjoyed our stay.

Ana was a great host. She was communicative and had flexibility with check-in. The apartment was as described. Location is easy and convenient: all amenities very close; very walkable to downtown Funchal; parking is a big plus. I would stay here again for my next visit. Thank you, Ana! Mark

Wir haben 10 Tage im Luxury View Apartment verbracht und waren vom ersten Moment an super zufrieden. Unser Flug hatte grosse Verspätung, was unser Check-in etwas verspätet hat, Cristina die Gastgeberin war super nett und wartete beim Garage auf uns. In den folgenden Tagen gab Sie uns Infos und Tipps für Restaurantes und Orte die man besuchen konnte. Ebenfalls war sie immer schnell zu erreichen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderbar und die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Wir fühlten uns sofort super wohl. Wir werden sicherlich zurückkehren, Obrigada Cristina!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ana hat uns persönlich begrüßt und in Details alles erklärt. Zudem stand für uns in der Wohnung einen Korb mit frischem Obst und die Kekse aus Madeira. Vielen lieben Dank für diese nette Geste! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit den passenden Kaffeepads. In der Wohnung waren sogar Strandhandtücher da, die wir für unsere Badetage im Meer benutzen konnten. In der Umgebung sind sehr viele tolle Restaurants, die in der Fußweite erreichbar sind. Ein Platz in der Tiefgarage war Gold Wert, weil in der Umgebung freie Parkplätze sehr rar sind. Wir bedanken uns bei Ana für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit! Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Madeira sehr genossen 😊
