Clean and functional place, close to the center of everything. Was just the right size for 3 people (would not recommend for more).

역과 가까우면서 바로 아래에 술집과 식당도 있어 여행 끝나고도 숙소와서 2차하기도 좋아요!! 침대와 매트도 푹신하고 이불과 베개도 다 넉넉하게 있어 좋았습니다!!!! 그리고 제일 중요한 소통과 답장도 빠르시고 친절하고 정확하게 안내해 주셔서 여행 잘 쉬고 놀다 갑니다!! 감사합니다 🩷🩷

혼자 여행이였는데 공간도 넓고 무엇보다 욕조도 있는 공간이 좋았고 후쿠오카 최고의 숙소에여!

房子整潔，設計好，適合多人居住，泊車非常方便，下次到福崗會再次入住。

屋台街も近く、予定が組みやすかった

大変過ごしやすく、充実した旅行ができました。 清潔感やホストとのやり取りなど、どれをとっても良いと感じました。 また福岡に行った際には利用させていただきたいと思います。

다소 노후한 건물이지만 후쿠오카 구석구석 다니기에 좋습니다

텐진역과 거리 가까워서 여행하기 너무 편했어요. 다만 근처에 클럽이 있어서 숙소가 조용하진 않아요. 숙면 중요하신 분은 맞지 않을 수 있어요. 저는 소음 상관없이 너무 만족하게 잘 지내고 왔습니다!

We stood three month in the apartment and it was very nice. I felt at home right away. The location is very convenient as there is a JR leaving for Hakata only 3 minutes away, a train station for Tenjin is about 8 minutes away. The area is nice and quiet.

Very comfortable place, clean and the location is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Sol’s place “Paraiso” was a great find! The location is terrific being close to the centre of Fukuoka and within easy walking distance to parks, restaurants, galleries etc. We arrived by car and had no problem finding parking very close by. Sol was very responsive to our inquiries answering our queries almost immediately. Thanks Sol, we had a wonderful time at Paraiso.

Yuki and his staff were very kind—thank you for delivering our package and hanging it on the door handle. We plan to return next time without our children, as they were quite sensitive to the building vibrations caused by road noise outside.

아이랑 가기 너무 좋았습니다!

Nice apartment close to JR Sasabaru Station, just two stops from Hakata. Easy to find and very clean. There’s a convenience store nearby. Masaru-san was a great host, he made sure we got in without any trouble and always responded fast. Great spot for two people on a short trip to Hakata. Just note, there’s no elevator.

博多駅、空港とのアクセスも良く、駅からも近く、お部屋も清潔で良かったです。 チェックイン時の鍵受け取りに、少々手こずりました。即返信がきて、無事に行えましたが、一瞬不安を感じたので、そこが改善されたらより良いかと思います。

10-15 minutes walking to Tenjin station. Very close to local bus stop and lots of shops, restaurants, convenient store nearby. Free washing machine and $100 yen/30 minutes dryer. Very responsive and helpful host. Room is clean and overall highly recommended.

숙소 주변에 맛집도 많고, 조용하고 평화로운 분위기라 정말 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 편의점도 가까워서 필요한 게 있을 때 금방 다녀올 수 있었어요. 쇼핑할 거리도 근처에 많아서 구경하기 좋았고, 저희는 렌터카를 이용했는데 숙소 바로 옆에 큰 주차장이 있어서 주차 걱정 없이 정말 편했습니다. 아기가 함께였는데, 아기 용품도 꼼꼼히 준비해주셔서 너무 감사했어요. 무엇보다 호스트 분께서 친절하게 주변 맛집이나 주차장 근처의 가볼 만한 장소도 추천해주셔서 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 후쿠오카에 또 여행오면 다시 이곳으로 오고싶습니다! 덕분에 좋은 여행이 되었어요. 감사합니다!

Lilan’s place was a cozy,convenient place located in central Fukuoka City,walking distance to Paypay Dome,Mark Is Shopping Mall, Ohori Park etc.,and most conveniently located for Fukuoka Metro travel. Rare “value for money” place and I’d like to stay there again when I’m back in Fukuoka.
