Clean and functional place, close to the center of everything. Was just the right size for 3 people (would not recommend for more).

It's close to the station, and there are bars and restaurants right below, so it's good to come to the accommodation for a second time after your trip!! The bed and mat were fluffy, and there were plenty of blankets and pillows!!!! And the most important communication and replies were quick, and they guided me kindly and accurately, so I had a good rest and play on my trip!! Thank you 🩷🩷

The house was clean and well designed for multiple people to live in, parking was very convenient and would stay again next time in Fogang.

It was a very pleasant stay and I had a very fulfilling trip. I thought everything was good, from the cleanliness to the interaction with the host. We'd love to stay again when we go to Fukuoka.

It was close to Tenjin Station, so it was very easy to travel. However, there is a club nearby, so the accommodation is not quiet. If you're important to a good night's sleep, it may not be right. I had a very satisfying stay regardless of the noise!

Overall, it's worth it. The price is not expensive. The water is warm. Bathing is a little stuck.

We stood three month in the apartment and it was very nice. I felt at home right away. The location is very convenient as there is a JR leaving for Hakata only 3 minutes away, a train station for Tenjin is about 8 minutes away. The area is nice and quiet.

Very clean room, conveniently located in the middle of the city. Baby friendly, with many amenities included for the baby. It was very easy to communicate with the host and their team. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Sol’s place “Paraiso” was a great find! The location is terrific being close to the centre of Fukuoka and within easy walking distance to parks, restaurants, galleries etc. We arrived by car and had no problem finding parking very close by. Sol was very responsive to our inquiries answering our queries almost immediately. Thanks Sol, we had a wonderful time at Paraiso.

Yuki and his staff were very kind—thank you for delivering our package and hanging it on the door handle. We plan to return next time without our children, as they were quite sensitive to the building vibrations caused by road noise outside.

Nice apartment close to JR Sasabaru Station, just two stops from Hakata. Easy to find and very clean. There’s a convenience store nearby. Masaru-san was a great host, he made sure we got in without any trouble and always responded fast. Great spot for two people on a short trip to Hakata. Just note, there’s no elevator.

Access to Hakata station and the airport was also good, it was close to the station, and the room was clean and nice. I had a little trouble getting the key at check-in.I received an immediate reply and was able to go safely, but I felt uneasy for a moment, so I think it would be better if that was improved.

I had a very pleasant time last time, so I stayed here again this time.I wrote in detail in a previous review, but the location was good for us who wanted to enjoy sightseeing in Tenjin, Hakata, etc., and we had no problems because they responded quickly to questions.There are many shops and restaurants to visit.The subway is close, so I went to Saga Prefecture on a day trip.I'd love to stay again next time.

Good place to stay. Easy to walk to the skytrain station. The room is suitable for the price. There is a separate bathroom, a shower room, a toilet. There is a washing machine and laundry detergent for free. Towels, face towels, brushes, teeth, shampoo, conditioner, body wash are all provided. Very good.

There were many good restaurants around the accommodation, and it was a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, so I was able to stay really comfortably. The convenience store was also close, so I was able to go there quickly when I needed something. There were also many shopping streets nearby, so it was great to see, and we used a rental car, and there was a big parking lot right next to the house, so it was really convenient without worrying about parking. It was with the baby, and I was so grateful that they prepared the baby supplies thoroughly. Most importantly, the host kindly recommended nearby restaurants and places to visit near the parking lot, which was very helpful. If I travel to Fukuoka again, I want to come here again! Lilan’s place was a cozy,convenient place located in central Fukuoka City,walking distance to Paypay Dome,Mark Is Shopping Mall, Ohori Park etc.,and most conveniently located for Fukuoka Metro travel. Rare “value for money” place and I’d like to stay there again when I’m back in Fukuoka.
