Very practical accomodation. Clean and well maintained property. Easy access around Kasuga. Running in Kasuga park nearby is one of the best experience in Fukuoka. Great bakery in the neigbourhood. Parking on site is a plus.

I stayed with 3 people, and it was spacious and pleasant to use. It was nice that there was an ion and a convenience store nearby and parking was available.

We enjoyed staying at Mai’s place. It was a quiet neighborhood that was only a 3-4 walk to Hakozaki station. From that station, it’s about 5-6 minute train ride to Hakata station. There’s also a Reganet supermarket literally across the street. I recommend checking out Nagata Bakery Hakozaki, which is only a 10 min walk. They open at 8am, which is nice since most coffee spots in that area open around 10AM or 11AM. They have a variety of bread and pastries and free coffee refills. Mai was always checking in on us and gave us recommendations with directions. She was very helpful and was always responsive. Definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again, Mai.

The three of us used it while going to golf and traveling, and it was a bit far from the city, but we rented a car, so it didn't really matter. The accommodation is tidy and it's great for 2 or 3 people to use.

great hostel. it’s literally a japanese apartment designed room. facilities are cool that we even made a dinner in the last night. pretty sure its gna be my best hotel i lived so far

the apartment is tidy and clean. The kitchen is not too big but has everything I need. The water is strong and hot for a bath. There are many restaurants, and supermarkets open around and some are open until midnight. The location although is not in the center but quiet. There are bus stops and train in walking distance and convenience. I like the apartment and will stay again if I back FUK.

The house is not brand new but fully furnished, very close to the subway entrance, convenience stores are next to it, overall satisfaction, convenient

It felt like home with the elderly for 10 nights, the place was a bit of a walk from the train station, but it was quite convenient, and the host was always very quick to respond and help, which allowed us to live in peace and enjoyable.

I used it as a family of five (I, my wife, and three children). I used it for the first time, and I was very satisfied with the facilities, convenience, price range, and everything.The host is very kind and polite, and the interaction is quick and smooth.The room was clean and thoughtful in every detail, and we had a comfortable stay. Especially since one of the main objectives of this trip was LaLaport and Kidzan in Fukuoka, so it was very nice to be able to walk in a few minutes.Even if I played to the last time, I was able to go home immediately and rest, so I could enjoy it as much as possible. We would like to stay there again next time.

Great place to stay, great value for money, very clean.Just the code for the entrance to the door takes a little time to load it out.There are only stairs to the second floor.

Overall, the price of the accommodation in Fukuoka was high, so I tried to find a place to stay even if it was a little pricey. The location is about a 15-minute walk south of Hakata Station, so it's quiet and close to the main road. There is a 24-hour grocery store in front of the accommodation, and there are all three convenience store chains nearby. If you're thinking about taking a rental car or a taxi, the location is not bad either The room condition was very good, but I think it would be good to go with my parents or go as a family.

Very nice place to stay at. It’s like 2 stops away from Hakata station. Actually quite a walk from the station for older people. Took 15min… other than that really love the place! Will do book again! 👍🏻

The house is located in Minamifukuoka, Kasuga-shi, which is more convenient for tourists using JR pass, is conducive to one-day trips to various city attractions in Kitsugunsu, Kokura, Dazaifu Yanagawa and Nagasaki and Kumamoto Yumuin Beifu, the surrounding supermarkets are more convenient for staying at home. The only drawback is that the renovation is older, the toilet does not have a washlet, and it is not easy to enter the doorway, but the owner is warm and attentive, must praise!There is also a washing machine with drying!

It was a good place for a morning walk, and most importantly, the room was spacious and we had a very comfortable stay.

Because it is newly built, it is spacious and clean. However, only one key is provided, so if multiple groups are traveling, the accommodation can always be entered together or opened by a person with a key. On the contrary, the security is great. There is a distance to walk quietly from Hakata Station, so it is always difficult to get back home, so I just take a taxi. The place is as pictured, spacious and clean.

This is an accommodation that all families will be satisfied with:) It was easy to travel as it was walkable to Hakata Station, and it was nice to have a convenience store and a mart nearby. And the new building had excellent cleanliness, and most importantly, there was no inconvenience sleeping because the surroundings weren't noisy. I'll use it again next time I visit Fukuoka!

Well furnished studio in an excellent location, near a great shopping area, with a supermarket and excellent restaurants. The metro station is nearby and the free bikes are a great way to discover the city and its surroundings. Masaru-San is a great host making sure that you feel safe and confortable. The express way nearby can be a bit noisy sometimes (emergency vehicles or super loud engine), but most of the time it's sounds more like a pleasant background white noise. Great and reliable internet connection and fairly quiet building during the day for those who has to work. I would definitely come back when I get the chance. Thanks again Masaru 👍🏻

I felt so comfortable that I felt like I was living in Japan! The surroundings were pretty, peaceful, and the accommodation was neat! I'm willing to come back☺️
