You can also enjoy the history represented by Shikagai Shrine, as well as turban shells and seafood bowls unique to the fishing town. It is a unique island where you can stay while enjoying a local experience that blends into the daily life of the island, such as the seafood at the morning market, the fishing boats in the harbor, the sound of seagulls, and the boats coming and going. Our hotel is conveniently located a 1-minute walk from Shikajima Ferry Terminal. It faces the approach to the shrine and is a tourist center with restaurants, shops, and a boat dock all within walking distance. The first floor is a shared lounge where events such as cooking classes are held from time to time, the second and third floors are guest rooms, and the fourth floor is a rooftop terrace where you can have a BBQ. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy ocean views all the way to the horizon, the sea breeze during the day, and a BBQ under the starry sky at night.
