Checkin was a little inconvenient It was nice to be able to keep our luggage. It's close to all the places to hang out from the accommodation, and it's quiet.

We love the place. It’s about 8 mins walk from JR station Yoshizuka (吉塚) and then another 2 mins to main station Hakata. It’s about to Subway station Chiyo-Kenchoguchi (千代縣廳口 ) station. The ramen shop just across the street , Sanmi Toka Ebisu is recommended. The host is friendly and helpful.

There's a convenience store right in front, and it's close to Tenjin Station on foot, so it's really nice! It's right in front of the Nakasu stall, so the scenery is the best.

Very convenient location. Seven eleven on the 1st floor. Lot of tour places are walking distance. And lot of good restaurants around this place too. I’ll definitely come back and stay here. Highly recommend 👍

Well furnished studio in an excellent location, near a great shopping area, with a supermarket and excellent restaurants. The metro station is nearby and the free bikes are a great way to discover the city and its surroundings. Masaru-San is a great host making sure that you feel safe and confortable. The express way nearby can be a bit noisy sometimes (emergency vehicles or super loud engine), but most of the time it's sounds more like a pleasant background white noise. Great and reliable internet connection and fairly quiet building during the day for those who has to work. I would definitely come back when I get the chance. Thanks again Masaru 👍🏻

It's very close to Canal City and Hakata Station is also within walking distance. There was a 7-Eleven right next to the parking lot on the first floor, so it was convenient to use the convenience store. There's no drinking water in the accommodation, so you have to buy it. Communication with the host is quick and kind. But there were flies on the ceiling of the bathroom tub?There was a lot of it, and the vents?There was a lot of dust. It needs some cleaning. :) Other than that, I used it well without any inconvenience.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood while still being well connected to the rest of the city via buses and the airport line. Short walk to Ohori Park and the beachside as well.

The location is on the seafront, and it's a short walk to the sandy beach, which is very good. The room was clean and the layout was great. There was only one bedroom, but there were no problems because there were many sofa beds and bedding. It's a little inconvenient when you're eating and drinking in Fukuoka city and using transportation at the station, but even so, the affordability and the quality of the room make up for it.

It was a very comfortable trip! The BBQ was also fully equipped, and there were dishes and kitchen tools, so all I had to do was prepare the ingredients and seasonings!

I used it for my child's first birthday. The location was also good, and it was a good memory. Thank you very much.

Thanks to the kind and pleasant host, I made precious memories with my mom. The stairs on the second floor were steep, but my mom in her 60s was no problem. I was also touched by how he greeted me when I came in late. Be happy, host!

Shizuka was a great host. She welcomed us and gave us a great orientation. She gave us helpful hints about restaurants, onsen and other activities. Her English is excellent.
