Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Fruitville

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. The pool was a must and it didn't disappoint.

The house is very nice. They had everything you could possibly want. My wife myself and and kids just loved it. Perfect for a family vacation! It’s a great location close to just about everything. Beach was just 15 minutes away. Would definitely vacation here again!

Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as the first! The location is perfect — close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping — making it a convenient spot for a relaxing getaway. Gosia was a wonderful host, always prompt in her responses and helpful with any questions we had. We’re looking forward to staying again in the future!

We couldn't have felt more at home here. Landon was very quick to respond, accommodating, very helpful with local recommendations and he was extremely nice and respectful. The house was clean and organized, spacious, it's in a very nice and quiet community but also within 5-10 minutes of so many things to do and places to eat. We highly recommend his place for a relaxing get away. If we ever go back to Sarasota, we will definitely be contacting Landon!

Our family recently enjoyed staying at The Coastal on Hyde. The home was immaculate and the furniture and decor were both comfortable and beautiful. The pool was probably our favorite feature! Also, it was great to have beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas provided. Our hosts checked in with us several times to make sure our needs were being met. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again-it’s a wonderful property!

I will definitely go back and stay here again when in Sarasota. The new beautiful modern pool and hot tub area is amazing was so tranquil and well thought out with high end lounging/seating for 10+. I spent most of my free hours around the pool area when at the house. WIFI was great when needing to work. The location was an easy drive to the local restaurants and quaint downtown area 5-10 min., to the closer beaches 15 -30 min., was bicycle/walkable for me (I am 65 y/o). I was in town for a conference and also saw alot of people on nearby small/clean little open air trolley-like buses getting around downtown (might want to check those out). I felt safe and walked/explored to the downtown hotel area (~ 40 min.). So close to the convenient Sarasota/Bradenton airport (~20 )! The hosts were so responsive and genuinely caring, they anticipated my needs before I asked by offering suggestions and options, so worth the stay! Thank you to the hosts!

Loved the location of this place. It was very clean. Furniture was very comfortable as were all the beds! Kitchen was well appointed though a bit small. We used the washer and dryer, which are newer and worked great. Since we were not there during high season, it was easier to get around especially with the location be close to many attractions. Nikola reached out to us several times to just check in on us, which was appreciated. Definitely would stay here again.

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

If you’re looking for a simple, by the bay, relaxing place, this is your place! Jeff was very responsive when communicating. Some complimentary food and drink items in the room were super helpful after a day of travel and awaiting our groceries. We had WalMart+ delivery right to our building. The pool is clean with beach towels provided and large enough to spread out when a large crowd is there. This place is in a hotel, so having hotel perks was great! The gym was small, but perfect for a treadmill walk to wait out the rain. The Tiki bar/restaurant on the property was very nice. Highly recommend their tacos and mango cart beer! There was a band or dj every night we were there with great music. For the price of our stay, we have zero complaints!

As advertised… clean, updated and exactly what we needed. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again!

Jojo's place was top notch! The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The whole apartment was very clean. Wonderful shower. A close walk to Publix just down the street. My granddaughter enjoyed the basketball area. The whole place is tastefully and thoughtfully appointed. Jojo is very responsive. Highly recommend! Plan on returning as I travel to Sarasota often to visit family.

Great place, super clean, felt spacious & cozy but modern! Communicative and friendly host, peaceful neighborhood. Definitely recommend and obviously can’t beat the beautiful beaches and atmosphere of Sarasota 🌞

Robert clearly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay.
