Ideally located in the heart of the Pays de Retz region, near the Canal de la Martinière, on the Loire à Vélo and Vélodyssée routes, and close to the ocean. All shops are within walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing nature stay with family or friends, with numerous activities nearby: canoeing, treetop adventure courses, paintball, water skiing, animal parks, and nature walks. A change of scenery guaranteed.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Quiet independent cottage in the countryside, located 20 km from Nantes and 40 minutes from St Nazaire. Large wooded and flowered garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. The pool is accessible all year round, it naturally heats to 20° from April until 27° in summer (temperatures depending on the weather) Access to the GR3

The park allows access to leisure for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds). Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€45).

Cosy studio

Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Shore fishing, shellfish and crustaceans... but of course!!! Prepare your dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them in the outdoor area. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to Nantes (15 min) and the seaside (25 min), you can discover the Nantes region independently. The studio is fully equipped. Located in the town of Pellerin, on the banks of the Loire, you can enjoy a market on Saturday mornings and walks on the quays or in the forest. A 5-minute walk from the shops, you'll have access to a supermarket with a gas station and a pharmacy.

Ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed.
