Ideally located in the heart of the Pays de Retz region, near the Canal de la Martinière, on the Loire à Vélo and Vélodyssée routes, and close to the ocean. All shops are within walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing nature stay with family or friends, with numerous activities nearby: canoeing, treetop adventure courses, paintball, water skiing, animal parks, and nature walks. A change of scenery guaranteed.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. We're in a country setting. At your disposal for any questions

The studio is very well arranged, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge, combined microwave/rotating heat oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140 x 200 bed, an AndroidTV, a wardrobe and a dining table and a shower room. Non-smoking accommodation.

Quietly located, equidistant between the Loire and the Atlantic, Chris and Dom welcome you to this recently renovated old farm, which will seduce you with its stone barn and old stable. A twenty-minute drive is enough to reach the beaches of Pornic and St-Brévin or Tharon. On the river side, the banks of the Loire and the Migron Canal offer you all the activities (canoes, fishing, paddle boarding, rowing, water skiing, pedal boating, as well as a microlight base, cycling.
