Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Frontenac Islands

Our stay was more than we could have asked for. This Airbnb is a hidden gem. We’ve been to many Airbnbs all over the world, and I can tell you this one is really special. The garden is very spacious, with friendly little cows in the background. The inside is also spacious thanks to the beautiful high ceilings. The decor and original church aesthetic they kept makes you feel at home. The outdoor annex for extra guests is so cozy and cute!! it really comes in handy if you are more than two. This Airbnb truly has everything a household needs, from bug spray to doggy bags. We’re usually honest and critical about Airbnbs, and we don’t shy away from pointing out things that could be improved, but with this one, we truly have nothing bad to say. We would come back in a heartbeat!

No notes!! My husband and I had an incredible stay here. Aleks and Amy were truly amazing hosts who went above and beyond for us. The space is lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time and felt right at home at the hidden cottage. The location is so perfect and walkable to all downtown sites. The area is quiet and safe. The beds are very comfortable. The garden is beautiful. This was the first place I stayed at that didn’t have a long list of check out instructions. Not being told to do a long list of chores really makes for a nice end to a super fun stay.

Great spot, our team stayed here and had plenty of good things to say about it. Well priced, good location, clean spot. Will definitely book again if we’re back in the area!

This place truly felt like a home away from home—beautiful, peaceful, and even better than the photos! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—and more. The host was very kind and responsive. He let us use the firewood he had stocked, provided two BBQ grills, and had lots of board games perfect for kids. The house is fully carpeted, so using the front door with shoes can get messy. We used the back door through the garage so our shoes could stay inside. You can tell the host is very clean and takes pride in the home. There are also two canoes (we didn’t use due to weather). Thousand Islands Boat Tour is just 37 minutes away—perfect for a day trip. Would definitely stay again!

This was my third stay at this lovely spot in Kingston, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. It truly feels like a home away from home — something that’s so important when you’re on the road. The space is cozy, clean, and welcoming, and it’s just five minutes from my hosting cosmetic teeth cleaning clinic, which makes it incredibly convenient for us. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Kayla and Rick’s place for a couple of nights for a little getaway with our dog and it was perfect! The house is cozy and comfortable, with lovely decorations and thoughtful amenities. The backyard is fenced and was very spacious for our small dog. The neighbourhood is very walkable to the waterfront and downtown Kingston. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Our stay at Trevor and Rachel's place was wonderful. A unique place with kitchy decor and stunning surroundings. The communication was great, with clear directions for every step of the process and guidance on the surrounding area. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again in future!

Amanda's place was great. Exactly like the pictures, very clean, great location only about 7 minutes walk to Picton's core with pleanty of shops, restaurants, cafés etc. Amanda was responsive and friendly. I would recommend staying here and would have no hesitation to stay here again in the future.

The stay was great everyone was super friendly. We cane up to go to the splash indoor water park near by for our daughter’s birthday. The first day we noticed the train going by anything after that never noticed it. The food menus and recommendations left for us was everything our first night. We felt at home and didn’t want to leave will definitely come back again and recommend to others

This was the perfect spot in PEC for a getaway! Private, spotless, lots of space, lots of amenities, and responsive hosts…can’t ask for much more! The apartment is within walking distance to the main street and we had no issues organizing local transport to a nearby wedding venue from this spot which was a plus! Will definitely visit again—thanks for a great couple of days!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. From the little touches to the overall setup, it was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. The environment was incredibly quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. We really enjoyed our stay at Gordana’s! They checked in with us daily to make sure everything is going well. Little chocolates were left on the bed, the bathroom and kitchen were spotless, everything was exactly as photographed. We’d definitely come back to their place when we visit Belleville again!

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this listing. The area is convenient to everything, it’s so unique and eclectic and perfect for a getaway. 100% will stay again.
